"but what if I want to worry about you? And anyway, there isn't much to know. I told you most of everything," Amelia said softly.

Ash shrugged. "Just dont alright love. Well then id there anything you want to do?" He asked with a smile. "Anything at all?"

Amelia nodded, pushing back her instinct telling her that he wasn't alright still. She also pushed back a small thing that was starting to grow in her; jealousy. "Alright, Ash. Not really, is there anything that you want to do?" she asked.

Ash chuckled and looked at her. "Well we could actually go on a date if you want." He said. He wanted to have her with him as long as he could. "You can get changed and I can come and get you for dinner if you would like."

Amelia smiled. "I'd like that, Ash," she said softly. She liked the idea of spending all the time she could with him and the thought of their date made most of the jealousy dissipate.

Ash chuckled and kissed her cheek. "Want me to take you home?" He asked. He didnt want to be to forward with her.

Amelia's nose crinkled at the thought of going home and being around her alcoholic father who was an ass. The idea of being stuck in that hell hole for a while bothered her. Her eyes lowered to the ground and she bit her lower lip. "Not really...." she trailed off.

Ash nodded and chuckled. "Then come with me to my apartment. We can watch a movie and drink something warm." He stood and brushed off the sand. He held out his hand for her to take.

Amelia lifted her gaze to him, a small smile forming on her lips at the thought of spending more time with him. She took his hand and stood. "Sounds like a good plan to me," she said softly.

Ash nodded and lead her to his appartment. He lead her to the couch and sat down. "What movie do you want to watch?" He asked looking at his dvds.

Amelia smiled as she sat down on the couch, thinking about his question. "Do you have Nightmare on Elm Street? Not the remake, the original? If you do, that," she said, her eyes on him.

Ash laughed adn nodded. He played the orignal and huddled close to her. "I love this movie. The remake was also good." He said.

Amelia grinned and cuddled close to Ash, resting her head on his shoulder. "I, too, love this movie. The remake was alright, but I prefer the original," she said.

Ash chuckled and nodded. "The orignal is always better. Like Pirates of the Carribean. You think that they would stop at the 3rd one but no they make a 4th." He chuckled.

"Agreed. It's like a given that the original's will be better. It's the same way with books turned to movies," Amelia said, looking up at Ash, a smile on her lips. She had to admit that most of her attention was on him and not the movie.

Ash sighed and started to fall asleep. He didnt want to but he couldnt help it. He was up most of the night owrring. Soon his head hit the back of the couch.

It wasn't long before Amelia's eyes were heavy and she found them half closed. She cuddled against Ash some more and she soon fell asleep, feeling safe and protected in his arms.

Ash woke up with Amelia in his arms. He rested his cheek against her head and pulled her closer. He kissed the top of her head and smiled. She was his.

Amelia dreamed happily, but then her dreams became plagued by nightmares of her father. She whimpered in her sleep and frowned as the nightmare became worse and worse.

Ash held onto Amelia and kissed her forehead. "Wake up..." He cooded to her. He didnt want to shake her or anything.

Amelia awoke to the sound of Ash's voice and buried her face into his chest. Damn her father for causing nightmares and trouble and feelings of unease. He had done a whole lot of bad things to her in her life.

Ash just held her and didnt say anything. He knew that there were no words for this. He kissed the top of her head and held her close.

Amelia clung to Ash and stayed silent for a few moments, her mind racing. FInally she pulled back and looked down, her cheeks red. She couldn't even begin to describe how thankful she was for Ash. "Thank you," she murmured.

Ash smiled and kissed her forehead. "Dont worry about it." He held her tight and made sure that she was okay. "Are you okay?"

Amelia nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine now," she said softly. She offered a small smile and brushed her lips against his.
