(BTW you do sorta know Ezra, but I actually replaced him with a different character for that book)

Ezra

I looked up, the annoying curtains I had of pale blonde hair obscuring my eyes as I looked at Natasha curiously. The guards had just seemed to do her will...with no argument at all...

Nash

"That's still horrible, you having to be here. There are others who have been here longer than I have so...." I said, shrugging a bit.

Natasha reclines in the cell facing Ezra's.
"Ezra, isn't it? I heard the guards thinking it. How's life treating you?"

The Puppetmaster: "Its horrible for anyone to have to be here, no matter how long......." i said softly. "I hope...... i hope someday we'll get to be free again. Im not optimistic, but.... well.... hope springs eternal, i suppose....."

The boy blinked, lifting his head to look at her. "Yes...my name's Ezra....and I don't like it here..." he said unhappily, his almost white blonde hair falling into his eyes.

Nash nodded, "There's always hope....and I get the feeling we won't be too much longer."

Puppetmaster: I blinked in surprise, hidden eyes widening fractionally. He really thought that? But why? There was no reason for us to be getting out any time soon.... but..... "I hope you're right. For all of our sakes.... i really, really hope you're right."
