Jack: "So, what's the story with Derek? Your father seems to like him," I said, trying to make conversation.

Anastasia - I sigh, "Derek's dad was my father's closest friend until he died, Derek never knew his dad so it doesn't faze him, but my dad took the responsibility of ensuring Derek with a future. Derek has a life planned out for him and he loves it. Me, on the other hand, has my life planned and I hate it."

Jack: I nodded. "But isn't the whole 'life plan' kind of messed up now, since you didn't do the arranged marriage?"

Anastasia- "He expects that I will agree to him soon, that and he has a backup plan, and a backup for that one," I roll my eyes, "He's prepared."

Jack: "Hm, well did you ever think about just giving in to his plan?"

Anastasia - I fake gasped, "Never! I refuse to give him the satisfaction."

Jack: I raised my eyebrows. "But, seriously, what's so wrong with the plan he made up for you?"

Anastasia - "I don't want to marry someone who only wants money," I say seriously, "and I don't want to be living in a large house with all the money in the world but be unhappy, I'd rather travel, and have adventures. "

Jack: I nodded. "Sounds like a fun life."

Anastasia - I smile, "It will be, plus, I want to fall in love and get married, not the other way around."

Jack: "Makes sense, you're waiting for your 'Prince Charming', or whatever?" I teased with a grin. Wasn't that another thing girls fantasized about?

Anastasia - "As close as I can get," I smile, "maybe i'm looking for Romeo." i tease.

Jack: I rolled my eyes. "You want a whipped boy? Hm, I wonder, was Romeo a good boy or a bad boy?"

Anastasia - "Isn't it obvious?" I ask. "He was bad, because he went against his entire family to marry Juliet, and then he went and killed himself, he was super bad."

Jack: "Dang it, I guess I can't be your Romeo then."

Anastasia - "You aren't too good," I say teasingly.

Jack: "We're are eating greasy food, after all. Such naughty children," I grinned and balled up my burger wrapper.

Anastasia - "and we ARE skipping school," I smirk teasingly.

Jack: I snorted. "We're skipping lunch, oh no!" I mocked fear, then laughed. "You almost done? Lunch period is almost over."

Anastasia - I nod, "Yeah I'm done."

Jack: " 'Kay," I pulled out of the Sonic parking lot and headed back to school "How long is your dad staying here?"

Anastasia - "I have no idea, I hope he's leaving today, actually, I hope he's left," I say.

Jack: "Shoot, and I wanted to talk to him some more," I said sarcastically. I was offended that her dad didn't find me up to Anastasia's standards, still.

Anastasia - "I can always invite you as my date to Mykayla's coming out party tonight," I smile thinking of him in a suit.

Jack: I chuckled. "Of course she's throwing a party. When is Mykayla not throwing one. But was that an official invitation?"
