Finding people to roleplay with?

I just joined yesterday so I am still trying to figure out this site. I was just wondering if there is a forum where you could post roleplay ideas and see if anyone is interested in it. If I am correct, I see that the chatbox is a place you can do this, but my cellphone won't let me post in the chatbox so is there a forum?
Also is double (or more posting) okay if say I make a roleplay and need multiple posts to orginize all the info for the roleplay? Like for the plot, rules, character lists, and so on?

We usually simply make a thread in one of the genres as a chat starter, and if people are interested then they'll join in.

You can do multiple outlining posts, yes. Such as, the first one being a basic outline of your idea to give people a basic idea of what they'll be joining and a skeleton for people to make their character to. Then after people join you can then go into more detail about the specifics of your chat.
