Milo: I just stood there dripping, shivering, and glowering.

(haha sorry, thought outcast, typed creatures. I dunno ) Cricket: he chuckled, grabbed a few napkins off a table, and walked over to hand them to Milo. "What've you been up to, friend? We were jus' talking 'bout you."

Milo: "Thanks," I said taking the napkins and holding them awkwardly "oh yeah?"
The napkins wouldnt be much use considering how soaked through I was, but I used them to wipe the drops off my metal.

Ami frowned at Cricket. "Here..." She took off her cloak and handed it to him.

who are you handing it to?

Cricket: he shrugged at Ami's look. " 'ey, I would 'ave gotten 'im a towel, but I 'aven't seen any around." He looked at Milo. "What were you doing out there, anyhow?"

Milo: I looked her in the eyes, "Thanks." I said, I really meant it too. I took the cloak and walked across the room, stripping off my drenched shirt, and heading towards the mens room. Hopefully they had installed hand dryers before they had shut down the dump.

"Come on darn thing!" Marnie tapped the mic on her palm but nothing came out of the amp. "Something's wrong with the darn feed..."

Cricket: and Milo left. And again that feeling kicked in: he wasn't very well liked by any of them. Oh, well, they had fair enough reason. "Welcome back, anyhow," he called after Milo, and ran a hand through his hair.

Finn: he rolled his eyes, reading the thought on Cricket's face.

Milo: I hadn't really been able to talk to any of them, I thought as I ran my hands through my hair and stuck my head under the dryer. It would take some time, I had only known them for 24 hours after all. I promised myself that I would start behaving civil around them, I had even meant to before. Its just that things got so crazy, and not to mention I had been freezing.

Cricket: he slipped in the door. "Found one!" He held up a towel triumphantly, and tossed it Milo's way.

Milo: I smiled. "Thanks, man" I said scrubbing my hair with it, catching a cold would be bad in this place. I shuffled from foot to foot and said "So from where do you hail?" I asked grinning.

Cricket: he grinned proudly. "Luna Nuova. You?"

Milo: "Paris, France" I said "but I was born in the states." I paused for a moment making sure I had cleared all the water off my metal. When I was sure nothing would be ruined I said "If its not too personal, would you mind telling me why we are all running?"

Cricket: Had he been told yet? Apparently, not. Well, it wouldn't hurt. He was going to find out sooner or later. "It's extremely complicated," he said, and smirked. "T' make a long story short, everyone but me, Sparrow, Benny, an' Finn are part of a government experiment that gave them super powers, and they're determined to not get caught an' be used as government weapons. Th' rest of us are jus' along for th' ride. Mostly," he said, leaving out his side of the story. He had avoided it so far, and he didn't want to go there too soon.

Milo: I sensed that he was leaving something out, and respected that. He wasnt the only one. "Interesting.." I said pondering. After a few moments of comferatable silence I looked up at Cricket "I have something that needs to get done, wanna help..? I have a feeling you will be good at this."

Cricket: he cocked an eyebrow. "A'right. What's the job?"

Milo: "We will have to hide out here for a little bit. To do that some planning has to be done. We need food, electricity, bedding, and water, unless you want to drink this, that is." I said turning the faucet on, proving my point when a few brown drips trickeld out. "Since we have no money......I think its time we'll have to put our experties to use." I didn't like the idea of stealing. The thrill? Yes. In order to prevent anyone from getting seriously hurt, and damaging our chances of a quick get-away, we needed to go theiving.

Cricket: a slight, sly smile grew on his face. "Aye. You've got th' right guy," he said. Money was easy. It was fast. He could get it quick.

Thisll be fun, but can we leave it till morning? I gtg sleepy now
