Clayton: I nodded with a smile. "Well, here in American technology is...life," I laughed. "Most teens might as well get their cellphones and iPods surgically attached."

Nasim: "I just don't get why they're so addicted.... It's just a piece of metal and plastic... no big deal..."

Clayton: I chuckled and patted my pocket, making sure my own cellphone was in place. That was actually the only electronic my parents would allow me to own. They were pretty old-fashioned. I shrugged. "Yeah, not really. Do you even have a cellphone?"

Nasim: "Of course I have a cell phone. I just don't sit there thinking RING! RING!!!!"

Clayton: I laughed. "That's good, I guess. Means you won't get fat like most Americans...and you won't get kicked off the cheer squad."

Nasim: I shuddered as I imagined myself fat. "People let themselves go WAY too easily... I mean, McDonald's for lunch like.. 3 times a week? Really?"

Clayton: "McDonald's is good once in awhile, but eh," I shrugged. "With cross country and track I'm not allowed to eat it much, anyway."

Nasim: I rolled my eyes. "That doesn't make sense. You can eat whatever you want, and burn it off."

Clayton: I half-smiled and shrugged. "I know that, and you now that, but my parents? They don't know that. They don't 'get' fast food, especially during a sport season."

Nasim: I laughed. "I guess that's understandable." I got to my car then, which was good because I felt like things were about to get awkward. "Um. Bye!"

I'll admit i forgot about it a bit because I was in this new thread and.... you know how absorbed you get in new threads... XD

Clayton: I waved goodbye, then climbed into my own car and drove home.

Vanessa: And where the heck was the math room? 202. Wasn't that on the second level? Ehhh!!!

Jack: I saw Vanessa in the hallway, looking confused again, and walked up to her, laughing somewhat. "Hey need some more help?"

Vanessa: "YEs!" I said, looking at Jack.

Jack: I read Vanessa's schedule over her shoulder and nodded "Math room. I have math, too. Come on."

Vanessa: "Grazei. I wish I were back in Italy," I said, a bit sadly.

Jack:"I think you'll come to love America, eventually. It sounds like Derek is even taking you out on his boat, which will be fun..."
