hey, we could skip to Derek and Nasim's date?

oh yeah! Sure

Nasim: I sat at home, bored out of my mind before I realized it was Friday. Didn't I have something to- Oh yeah! Crap... I dialed Derek's number ((let's assume she has it XD)) and waited for him to pick up.

Derek: "Hey, what's up?" I was flopped on my bed, flipping through a playboy (XD). "We have a date later, right?"

((oh jeez))

Nasim: "I think so. I kinda just remembered. I'm assuming you did too?" I hear a rustling of papers and wonder for a second what he was doing, but then push it out of my mind.

Derek: "Yup, glad you called or I would have forgotten," I played it cool, even though of course I had remembered. "7 'o clock pick-up, still?"

Nasim: "Sure," i say, closing my phone and getting up to get ready. I change out of my school uniform (blegh) and run a flat iron through my hair and checked the clock. 6:53. Eh. I'm done, so I sit back on the couch and flip through a magazine.

Derek: I showed up at Nasim's door at 7:05, in my world 'fashionably late', and knocked, then shoved my hands in my pockets.

Nasim: I put the magazine down, taking my time to get to the door. After a minute or two of getting over my slight drowsiness, I open the door. "Hey."

Derek: "Hey, ready to go sailing?" I grinned. Okay, it wasn't really a sailing boat, but whatever.

Nasim: "Sailing," I repeat, laughing at the word. "Sure." I walk out of the house, closing and locking the front door. We walk to his car and I sit in the passenger seat.

Derek: I started out of the driveway and began to drive to the lake. "Ever been on a boat before? Wait, stupid question....you probably have since you were a celeb and all," Since when did I get nervous and ask stupid questions?!

Nasim: I couldn't help but laugh. "Yeah I have a couple times. Nothing really special, though. A cruise here and there," I brag, as a joke of course. I didn't like boasting or being conceited.

Derek: "Oh, well our boat isn't quite as big as a cruise," I muttered and nervously ran a hand through my hair as the boats all came into view. I pointed ours out "Mines' the one on the end, midnight blue on the bottom, white on the top."

Nasim: "Cute," i say, smiling at the boat. "is it just us or do you have some possey of other foreign girls coming?" I joke.
