Marie: I walk over and gently put my foot on his forehead. He hisses a bit in pain, but continues to huff away on his cigar. "C'mon, it's time to get up! You don't need a coffin yet. I mean, you did kill her." He flinches a bit but stays silent. I put my hands on my hips. "Well if that's how you feel, I'm just gonna have to drag you back by the seat of your pants." I bend down and wrap my arms around his shoulders. "I'm ok..." he says after a moment. "Oh yea? Then get up and walk." Well he tries to get up and fails, he sighs and closes his eyes. "Fine, you're right," he mutters.

Noah: I'm about to answer when music starts to play outside. "Come one, come all!" says a voice. My eye opens and I start to frown. A dream eater?

Canary peeked through the door, wondering what the ruckuss was.

A man walks into the plaza, his face covered in bandages except for a single golden eye and parts of his long light brown hair. His mouth was hidden by the collar of his coat. He wore the clothes of a beggar, even his hat tattered and ragged, but in his hands was a strange black case that could only belong to a wealthy man. He turned a handle on it's side and it was from this that the music poured out.

Canary backed away from the door and looked at Noah. "Who is he?"

Noah: My eyes narrow. "A dream eater," I say after a moment. "But much more powerful than the others. I don't think I've ever seen him before. I'll have to ask Marie when she returns..."

Canary: dream eater. So that's what they were called. "How many are there? Dream eaters, I mean."

Noah: "There are countless numbers. As long as there is man, dream eaters will rise. But it seems as though there is a concentration of powerful dream eaters here in this city."

"In London, of course," Canary muttered. She'd always known that London was a unique city when it came to many things. This was no exception.

The man opens up his trunk as a large crowd starts to gather. "Come one, come all, come see the sad fate that which some people in this world carry." On his fingers are what appears to be thousands of little strings. He moves them ever so slightly and two people move through the crowd. A man with a bowler hat. A woman with red hair. Both if them are dressed in the black clothes of a mourning noble.

Ah. The gypsy girl. Charlotte seemed to appear out of nowhere. "Just because he's a traitor doesn't mean he can be made into a human's pet, you know," she said, cocking her head at William. She had made no attempt to cover her scar, and it was a ghastly sight on such an innocent-looking girl.

Marie: "Oh hey. Welcome back satan spawn. Do you mind helping me?" William had passed out from pain. "He's really heavy!"
