Tara: "No, I love fireworks...but seeing fireworks is pretty...romantic," I bit my lip, still looking out the window.

Jace: "Well, if it makes you uncomfortable, I'm sure I can go buy some fireworks and make the whole thing...less romantic. Or did you not think me being romantic was possible?" Was she reall making me blabber?

Tara: "No, it doesn't make me uncomfortable. It's just weird, since it's only our second date. And yeah, I didn't think it was possible."

Jace: I smile wider. "Good. I like to surprise people." I pull into a french resturaunt.

Tara: I wanted to be annoyed with Jace, but I couldn't be. So I frowned and pretended to be, getting out of the car.

(R--restaraunt...is that right?)

Jace: "Come on. A nice dinner, some fireworks. I'm trying really hard this time."

Tara: I sighed. "Fine, I'll play along," I offered him a small smile.

(Ugh. *still hasn't learned*)

Jace: I cup her chin. "Don't strain yourself."

Tara: I stepped back, giving him an odd look for cupping my chin, and walked inside.

Jace: "You should've let me hold the door for you."

Tara: I rolled my eyes. "You should have beat me to the door if you wanted to do that."

Jace: "Yeah, I should've. But I'm pretty sure you were capable of handling it yourself."

Tara: "Yeah, I'm pretty sure I was," I said. God, he went from kinda cute to annoying again in just a couple minutes! I walked up to the host person, and they led us to our table.

Jace: I smile. "You like snails?"

Tara: I frowned in disgust. "No. Do you?"

Jace: I laugh. "No. But it's a French restauraunt."

Tara: "That doesn't mean you have to order snails," I said.

Jace: "It's...well, that doesn't mean I'm ordering it."

Tara: "Good, because that would be gross," I looked over the menu. I was a picky eater, so eating a some place like this was lost on me. I'd probably order a croissant or something. HA.

(Spaghetti is italian, right? I is lost too.)

Jace: "Need help picking?"

(I thought they were at a French place? Spaghetti is Italian, yes)

Tara: "Er, yeah kinda."
