Emily: I laughed a little at his reaction. "yeah...i suppose." God, it was so normal for me i sort of forgot what it was like to be....normal. Not superpowered, being chased by the government normal.

Ami: I sighed. "I have, but they haven't." i looked between the members of the group. "I was originally a biological weapon created in Area51, but I escaped with Mo. The only safe place we could find to hide from the people coming after us was some institute who equally held us captive and used my DNA in hopes of creating a super-cure, which ended in them getting powers."
Jess: "So now we have the government who want us as weapons and these scientists who want to make money off us coming after us."
Kimmi: "And not a lot of places to hide."

He looked up at them, smirking. "And I thought my life was tough. Government AND scientists."

Ami: My look became serious. "Not really something to laugh at."
Emily: I nodded. "We're really putting the lot of you in a ton of danger...."

"Like I'm not in danger without you. Everyone in my home city wants to kill me, and whoever doesn't want to kill me gets me in trouble so everyone wants to kill me more." He smiled reassuringly. "Trust me, I know danger. Maybe not as much as you, but I know it."

Jess: "Well that sounds like a convoluted mess."
Emily: I nodded. "At least we attempt to get people to like us so if these trackers do end up catching us we have someone wanting us out."
Ami: "If news does get out that a dozen superpowered teens were captured and about to be forced into killing people."
Kimmi: "That's going to be some coverup story if i've ever heard of one. I don't even think the government can pull that one off..."
Ami: I shrugged. "They were able to hide that there were extra terrestrials on Earth. Mo and Sanae are perfect proof."

Cricket: He listens thoughtfully.

Sparrow: I bit my lip again. Second time back-stories and family is brought up. Fuck my life. Oh well, no one seemed to mind my silence on the matter.

Cricket: He looked questioningly at Sparrow, who was looking slightly pained. He wasn't sure whether to ask or to leave the question on his mind alone.

Sparrow: The foreigner was starin at me, all sympathetic like.
"What?" I challenged, trying to make it awkward.

Cricket: He shrugged, looked away, but thought it over for a second. Then he turned back. "Nothin' much...I know that look on your face. What's your story?"

Sparrow: "You dont care." I stated.

Cricket: "Maybe I shouldn't." He said quietly, then added matter-of-factly, "I've got my own buisiness to worry 'bout."

Sparrow: I sighed and rubbed my arm, though I wasnt cold.
"There's no story to tell. I grew up in Shithole, USA. My parents are dead. And my sister's a bitch. I throw punches and curse. The end."

Cricket: He smiles to himself, knowing that if they didn't want to tell their story they wouldn't have said that. But, he doesn't let Sparrow see. "Then, how'd you get 'ere?"

Sparrow: "Shit if I know." I muttered and stuffed my hands into my back pockets.

Cricket: "Huh." He grunted thoughtfully, and watched the world whiz by below. After a moment, he suddenly looked up and declared, "I'm not British, by the way."

Matt: I stretched. Man, that nap felt good. I wondered how long I'd slept. I looked around the room. No one was there. "Hey? Hello?" I wondered if maybe my tormentors were still playing me and that dream I had just had was reality. I stood up and noticed the door was open. Well, maybe everyone went out there. I walked out and heard, faintly, a buzz of noise. That must be the group. I followed the sound till it led me through another room to a little balcony thing. There in front of me I saw a group. It must have been twice the size of what it had been. "Hi. I saw a few girls chatting amongst themselves and made my way over.

Sparrow: "Too bad. Cause Imma keep calling you british," I smirked.

Cricket: He smiled mischievously, blowing a strand of hair out of one eye so he could look at Sparrow sideways. "Fine by me, American brat." Then he grinned in a way that said, just kidding.

Sparrow: "Same here, Foreign Line-Jumper" I laughed and stuck my tognue out. Matt stuck his head out a window and called to us.
"Morning sleeping beauty."

Cricket: He leaned around the group so he could see. "Who're you?"
