Iliana: I roll my eyes at the kid talking to Jude. " 'She' has a name, you know. And 'She' is sitting right here. So don't you think you could have talked to me directly? It's not like I...belong to him or something, and can't speak for myself!" I feel bad for the guy, since he's getting a lot of the backlash from my fight with Jude.

Jude: I look at Iliana, not quite sure if she's yelling at me or blake. "Her name's Iliana," I mutter, answering question #4 easily. "And she doesn't belong to me. Girls aren't property," I say quickly. "What did she demand?" I asked, referring to Blake's ex.

Blake: I glance at Iliana, confused, and then slowly say, "She wanted my attention twenty-four seven and wanted to know where I was and who I was with and always wanted me right next to her."

Iliana: I'm a little hurt at how quickly Jude agrees that I don't belong to him. Which is true, in some aspects; Like how he said girls aren't property. But I realized that he referred to me as his best friend and now this. Maybe he didn't actually want to go out with me. Maybe he wanted to stay just friends. Maybe be he liked Ember, but was using me to make her jealous. Or maybe he had just forgotten to add that he wanted to stay friends yesterday, when he admitted to liking me. "Yeah..." I mumble, not sure what I'm really replying to. I look back down at my worksheet, almost done, and knowing I won't have anything to keep my mind off of things when I finish.

Jude: I nod slowly, getting what he was feeling. "I hate that. My ex-girlfriend from eighth grade was like that."
Oooh shoot.... Was that a bad thing to say? Isn't it a fool idea to talk about an ex in front of your current?

Iliana: I don't look at Jude, thinking that was a crapshot of a way to try and make up. Mention his ex, then say I'm the opposite of her. Wow, big compliment, I think sarcastically.

Blake: "Same here," I say. "That's good. Luckily, my girlfriend isn't obsessive."

Jude: I notice Iliana's hard expression and quickly ask to go to the bathroom I glance at her with a look that clearly says follow me. I knew she caught it, but would she follow? did she want to follow?

Iliana: I catch Jude's look and almost don't go. Why should I? Just to have him prod out my secrets, and be successful in ruining my life? Of course, he doesn't know what a burden the secret is. Maybe he'll talk about something else, though I doubt it. For some reason I follow, though, and deep down I know why. I want Jude to know my secret.
I ask to go and get my science book from my locker to "help me through some of the questions" even though I've already completed the worksheet. I close the door quietly behind me and follow Jude.

Jude: when I hear Iliana behind me, I turn the corner and stop walking, leaning against the lockers. "Tell me why you're upset. I know part of it, but tell me everything. Why are you mad?" I ask her, emphasizing each word.

Evelyn: I hurry down the hallway, trying to remember where my locker is. How could I forget my textbook? I wonder. I see two people standing by lockers. They look like the people I had seen earlier.

don't you mean Evelyn?

Iliana: "Because you called me your best friend. And I guess I called you mine, too." My brow furrows, not entirely sure why that bothers me, since I admitted to calling him "best friend" as well. "I'm not really mad about that, though, just a little confused." I see a girl rush by near us, and somewhat glare at her, though I'm just trying to figure out whether to shut up while she's standing there or keep talking.
