The Summer that changed my life forever...

Brok: I laughed. "Okay. Let's pick clothes."

(wait, Dakota is making one that's like a Dakota-Bear, and Brok's making a Brok-Bear so when they switch..right?)

Dakota: "Hmm..." I looked through the clothes and found a pair of jeans that had black words all over them, kinda like they'd been written in Sharpie. Close enough to Sharpie nails, right?

(Brok's should totally wear pink xD)

(And a hat.)

Brok: I picked out a pink shirt and jeans, then started looking for a black hat.

(Yes, definitely xD)

Dakota: I found a t-shirt that had a print of a music note on it. Like the music shop, maybe? Sure, why not. Then I found a pair of converse-style low tops in black. Oh and there were little bows. I picked a white one.

Brok: I found some decent tennis shoes and slipped those on the bear. Then I finally found the black hats. I bought out what was left, which was three, since I always lost my hats.

Dakota: "Your bear can't wear three hats at once, silly. We have to name our bears now! Well, get their certificates." I sat down at one of the computer-naming-stations.

Brok: "You should name mine and I should name yours," I said. "Or...wait. Why would we name them anything besides Brok and Dakota?"

Dakota: "True." I shrugged and typed in Dakota for my bear's name.

Brok: I typed "BROK" for my bear's name, glad she had no chance to type in "Brokkoly," and printed the certificate.

Dakota: I printed the certificate for my bear. "Tuh-duh~"

Brok: "Now to pay and get those fancy little houses."

Dakota: "Yes! Houses!" I smiled as went and paid, and the lady did, indeed, hand us back the bears inside the cardboard houses.

Brok: "This is for both of us," I said, handing the lady the bills. "You're not paying, Dakota."

Dakota: "Okay, thanks." I smiled.

Brok: I laughed. "Seriously, Dakota. I will slap you if you try to pay again, okay?" I teased.

Dakota: I stuck my tongue out at him. "Come on, let's go." I pulled him back out of the store. "When should we listen to our bears? Later, right?"

Brok: I nodded. "Yeah, later." I paused. I better tell her soon. Was now a good time? I hoped so. "Um...Dakota, is now an okay time to tell you bad news?"

Dakota: "Is there ever really a good time for bad news?" I countered, my smile faltering a little, what did he have to tell me?

Brok: I sighed. "Well, um...well, you know I'm in a band."

Dakota: "How is that bad news?" Plus I already knew that. I raised an eyebrow at him, not seeing his point.

Brok: I sighed. "Well, you know we go on tour, right?"

Dakota: Oh...I bit my lip. I waited for him to add to that, and nodded.
