Ezra: Why would ypu give him a nickname like that? Teacup? Really?
Andrew: The nockname that suits you (Ezra) is idoit.
Ezra: Why you-
Liz: *holds Ezra back* Enough!

"It's a joke," explains Skip. "Also, at the same time, it's highly accurate. Teacup is our cultural protocol expert. He knows the languages and customs of the nine most common cultures in the galaxy, as well as many others."

Liz: Oh That makes since.
Andrew: You still wanna fight or not?

"I can have a go. Teacup?" She asks over her shoulder.
"Yuh?"
"Stay out of this. It's between me and ghost-boy here."

Andrew: *Rolls up sleeves* I have to warn you...you will have a hard time catching me. And do not call me ghost boy.

"Sure thing, Casper." Skipper chuckles. "See Teacup? I do know something about other cultures."
"Mainly because you hack into their entertainment broadcasts," observes Teacup.

Andrew: Casper? Whatever that is don't call me it!

((As in casper the friendly ghost, that old kids' cartoon from way back))

"Hey, at least I can attack you when your back isn't turned!" Skipper goads Andrew with a reference to the ghosts in Mario. She's got hundreds of ghost-related taunts, and can go on all day. Skipper tenses herself, ready to dodge any kind of attack.

((I know but Andrew died in 1912...he wouldn't))

Andrew: Ladies first.

"What? Like Mrs Pacman? Yeah, she knew what to do with ghosts!" Skipper flexes all of her arms, a sight vaguely reminiscent of medusa's hair writhing.

Andrew: *sighs* I have no idea what you're talking about. I died April 14, 1912.

"I'm basically making obscure ghost jokes," explains Skipper, suddenly losing her enthusiasm. "Huh. It's boring now."
Skipper draws a short metal rod from her belt and swishes it sharply, letting it telescope out to three feet in length. The ends crackle with a powerful electrical current. She leaps through the air, aiming as though to swipe with her top left hand. At the last moment she throws it into her top right hand, then into her bottom left hand and swipes it through Andrew's shadowy figure.

Andrew: *Looks at metal rod in him and looks back up at Skipper* HA! *sticks out tongue*
Ezra: You are so mature....
Liz: You have no right to talk.

"Yeah? Well you try doing some damage in reply, Marley!"

((Oh, come one! Someone who died in 1914 would be familiar with the works of Dickens, especially A Christmas Carol! marley is the name of the ghost who visits Scrooge. Also, why aren't you on 'We, are the invaders'?))

(Oh sorry but I thought you ment the marly in this chat...akward. Anyway I've been going back and forth between chats I forgot.))

Andrew: *Delivers quick blow to head and disapears a block away*

"Handful of head spines, eh? I bet that hurt!" the sharps spines cushion the blow for Skipper, and she launches herself at Andrew, prepared for the fact that she might just pass straight through him.

Andrew: *Steps aside as Skip crashes to the ground* Need teacup yet?

Skipper lands lightly and rolls over. "He wouldn't be much more use, except that you couldn't feasibly hurt him without using artillery, or that crazy mind-screwy thing." Skipper takes several more swipes at Andrew, moving at great speed and delivering them with double the normal frequency. "He'd just wait for you to make a mistake and then unscrew your head."

Andrew: *Dodges each blow quickly* I can't do the mind thingy. Nor can he unscrew my head...

"It wouldn't stop him trying." Skipper changes tack and flips over his head. he's male, she's female. He might be dead, but she can still use his emotions to stop him dead, as it were. She continues her punching and kicking, but throws in more spinning and jumping than is really necessary. "Bet you wish you were alive now, eh?" she chuckles, attempting to knock him flat and sit on his chest.

Andrew: *dodges attack* It would make things easier....*looks at Liz*

"Oh, ho ho!" Chuckles Skipper. "You've got a thing for her, eh?"
