Aimery: I smirk, chewing on the inside of my cheek. "Well, obviously it wasn't me. I'm a master of sneaking up on people," I joke.

Joseph: "Oh, look at that. Another person." I turn to the boy. "You seem to be attracting scavengers."

Joseph: I shake his hand. "Joseph." I look at the girl. "And you?"

Aimery: I shrug. "I go by different names with every city I get to. Comes with being free. But today I'm Aimery."

(Hmm, that *is* exactly what I would do if the world ended...I'd also break in every store I could find and get some better clothes...but hey. There's only so much I can carry.)

Joseph: "There's one about a mile away," I perk up.

"No, I'm just somewhat lost. I've been travelling by car for some days, but I don't know America well at all, and all your cars have the steering wheel on the wrong side..." I stop and scratch the back of my neck again. "Needless to say I totalled the last one."

Joseph: I shrug. "I've been living off of rain." There are a lot of buckets in this place."
