"How could I touch things if you said I couldn't?" asked Andrew confused.

Aria
"Idiot, I said that you couldn't do it in the Middle World," I retorted.

Leslie
"Ezra, you smell like human," I informed him. "And of course I believe in evolution!" I told the elf.

"I could do it on earth...aren't they the same thing?"

"I thought you said I also smelled like angel magic." said Ezra

Aria
"Well, you can't really do it," I said. "I mean, you can't do much."

Leslie
"Yeah," I answered, "but that isn't your primary smell. The scent of angel magic clings to you because you use it so much, but beneath that is your normal human scent."

"I can kiss, I can punch, I can pick up objects." Andrew said pointedly.

"Oh," said Ezra.

"Are we close?" asked Liz.

Aria
"Then you're a freak," I told him coldly. But...what? He must've been lying...

Leslie
"Getting there," I answered. "Heaven's a big place! You gotta be patient."

Andrew laughed, "I'm not lying...I've done ALL of those things."

David:
"Will we need to fight?" I ask.

"Maybe," shrugged Ezra.

"That I look forward to," says Ventrix. "Stealth and subterfuge is for children and cowards."

Ezra sighed, "Not again.."

"Why do you think Andrew died a cowardly death?!" Liz demanded once more.

"Because that's why souls remain after death!" says Ventrix as though it is common knowledge. "Why else would he have been lost before he got to the Halls of Hrengist?"

"Not true," she glared. "Most have unfinished bussiness."

Leslie
"Yeah, unfinished business, and all that good stuff," I said. "That'll keep a ghost around. And pick up the pace, children! We're nearly there!"

Liz fluttered her wings, flying next to Leslie. Ezra sighed and followed her.

"I will draw their fire," says Ventrix. "They won't expect a two-pronged attack. Who will volunteer to come with me?"

"I will," volunteered Evan.


"Take this sword," said Ezra thrusting a sword into Evan's hand.

David:
I look at Leslie, "Shall I make Kiera large again so I can make an attack from the air?"

Kiera:
"Do it!" I squeak, "I wanna be big again!" I glare at Ezra, "I don't know why you did this anyway, I can turn into a human when I need to!"

David:
"Then why didn't you?" I growl at her.

Kiera:
"I forgot!" I squeak singing his nose with a tiny burst of flame.

"Look it's best if we don't have a giant dragon running around...." sighed Ezra.

David:
"An air assult would be useful" I explain, "Kiera and I will distract them along with Ventrix's team and then you will have a straight shot to Andrew, Kiera and I will join you after the attack" I look at Ezra. "Do it, make Kiera big again"

Ezra facepalmed, "It's up to leslie."

Ventrix swishes his sabre and performs a few practice steps. "Is it? I would suggest that, as the highest ranking officer here, I would be the one with the most developed understanding of the principles of warfare."
Ventrix raises his eyebrows, daring Leslie to disagree.

"She knows the angels best." shot Ezra.

"However, we require tactical acumen to make the most of that knowledge."
Ventrix's fingers run along the scars cut deep into his face.

"So? I have tactical knowledge too." smirked Ezra.
