Dakota: "So? You obviously still like her if you can remember so much about your relationship with her so quickly."

Brok: "That's because she's my only ex. What about you? You have more exes than I do."

Dakota: My jaw dropped slightly. "So? I'm over every single one of them."

Brok: "But you have to realize I only have to remember details for one person. You have more people to remember, so you can remember less about them. Including me."

Dakota: "What? I remember tons about you! More than any of my exes."

Dakota: I gulped. "That's kinda what it sounded like." I looked down at my feet.

Dakota: "Then what /did/ you mean?" I looked up at him, hurt in my eyes.

Dakota: "Of course you are." I rolled my eyes and turned into my house. I hoped he wouldn't follow me.
