Elements of Fate

Mirissa : I smiled speculatively, "I'm not sure. I like it here."

Nick: I smiled, "We can stay here if you want. I can tell which direction we're going with the wind. So we wont get lost." I held her hand.

Mirissa : I'd like that. I llike just being here, with you." I blushed.

Calypso raised an eyebrow. "Did you make it?"

Aeon raised an eyebrow. "Without a cook book?"

Christy:"Without a cookbook." I smiled "My mom was a cook at this restaurant for a long time, so she taught me everything she knew."

Nick: I felt the wind pick up, out of my control. I saw clouds coming in the distance. Then i felt something breaking through the sky a few miles away. Lightning. Mirissa probably didnt notice.

Tristin: I nodded. "Yep!"

Mirissa: I felt Nick tense. "What's wrong?"

Aeon rubbed his hands together. "Excellent. I'm starving." He looked around. "Well, this is my front yard. Tristin?" He looked over to see Cal and Tristin playing with their fire. "Oh well."

Tristin: I heard my name and realized we where at the house. I abandoned my fire and ran up to the door. It only took me a minute to pick the lock and I pushed the door open. "You need better locks."

Nick: "I hear a thunderstorm coming...about 15 miles away." I got to my feet and took both of her hands, lifting her up.

Mirissa: I smiled," thanks." I glanced at the sky for the first time. "Maybe we should go."

Aeon laughed. "I'll keep that in mind. Anything you'd like to recommend? Something you can't break into?"

Nick: "Probably." I took her hand and lead her to the direction of the house.

Christy: I walked across the yard and up to the front door.

Tristin : I frowned, "well, I could mess with it for you. No lock is unbeatable, but I can make these good. The best thing to have is a split second security system. One that will go off imeditally if triggered."

Aeon smiled, nodding. "I don't have much to steal anyway." I turn around to Christy and Cal. "Cal, you can show Christy around for a bit until I figure out if we can make spaghetti."
Calypso turns to Christy. "Guess I'm stuck with you. Anything in particular you want to learn about Aeon?"
"Don't show her my closet!" Aeon yelled from the kitchen.
"This whole place is your closet," Calypso muttered, kicking a jacket on the ground.

Tristin: I pulled tools from my belt and began taking apart his door., placing parts all around me.

Mirissa : I laughed and looked to the sky as it began to rain.

Aeon stood over Tristin. "What are you doing again?"

Tristin: I looked up as I placed the last part on the floor. "Making the lock harder to pick."

Aeon raised an eyebrow. "But you'll know how to pick it, huh?"

Tristin: I grinned and gestured at my tools. "Yeah, but there aren't many places I can't get into by picking the lock." I began messing with the main piece of the lock.

"Should I be worried?" he asks, glancing back over at the kitchen then to Tristin's tools.

Tristin: "not at all! I said. "Fixing locks is almost as easy as picking them. And I broke into the bank once." I laughed at the memory it had been so much fun. I picked up a small piece of the lock and screwed it onto the piece in my hand.
