"Why are you acting so smug about dying?" Sarah asked.
"Riddle," Peter started, "if it would make things easier for you, you can just think the things you want to say, and I'll say them."

"I didn't understand what had happened... I was only sixteen, and there aren't many like Ezra and Liz. Most of the Mediums and Spiritulists were fakes. Houdini had already proved most of that."

Dying is the least fulfilling part to every lifetime breakfast Riddle minced metaphors in her head. PETER!!! CAN YOU HEAR MY BRAIN?! She somehow yelled in thoughts. THIS IS VERY NICE OF YOU!
"Peter...you do know thw world of insanity you've probably just opened yourself up to right?" T.Mor asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Wait...so you had to go find some kind of ghost interpreter? Like the movie 'Ghost' with that guy in it...and Whoopie Goldberg?" August asked Andrew curiously.

Andrew laughed, "There were no interpreters...at least...I didn't meet any."

Ezra facepalmed, "No...no it's nothing like that it's annoying."

"It's a blessing and a curse," nodded Liz.

"She says that 'dying is the least fulfilling part to every lifetime breakfast,'" Peter said. "So yeah, I'm pretty sure what I'm exposing myself to. ...Sheesh, Riddle, your thoughts are really loud! ...Okay, I didn't need to see that..."

"What about our thoughts?" asked Ezra, raising an eyebrow.

Dude...you know me in reality land...what were you expecting? LAWN GNOMES? Riddle asked with the idea of a grin. In reality land she was pretty well frozen up.Did you go in the MAGIC BACON EVIDENCE folder? Because that is where I put all the torture. Don't go in there. It's not a nice place like how Dallas is...But my friend is in there a bit...But yeah. Riddle just seemed content to metaphysically babble Peter's ear off.

"Magic Bacon Evidence folder?" muttered Ezra, listening in on the mental conversation.

Yes. MAGIC BACON EVIDENCE. Where else would I put it? Riddle asked, in a tone that seemed to scream 'I am raising an eyebrow now.'

Ezra laughed, "Only you riddle would have that kinda folder."

Really? No one else has a folder like that? Huh. You all are wierd. Riddle said pensively.

Ezra chuckled, "Sure you don't need any help? It won't hurt after I'm done."

Dude. You assume that pain has any real significance to me. It's just stiffness. I don't not move because it is pain, I just don't move because the muscles are legitimately FROZEN. Like a...Cube. Of...FROZEN. Riddle explained.

"I can unfreeze them."

"Hold on...I'm no expert here...but wouldn't that technically be necromancy? Since she's technically dead and all?" August asked, doing a rare demonstration fo having a brain.
"It probably wouldn't be good for her in the long run...we tried muscle relaxers once, and ended up....well...it ended badly..." T.Mor remembered. "You're probably better just leaving her be..."

"No, I've got a couple healing spells up my sleeve," laughed Ezra, "And why would I summon Andrew?"

"You can't HEAL death." T.Mor remarked. "That's what happened you know. I shot her. She died. Therefore, I'm guessing that anything you do would be that thingy that August said...Necro...Antsy?"
"Necromancy. In my world that means bringing crap back from the dead. Riddle is dead, effectively." August added.

"But she's immortal, I can heal wounds if not to deep, I probably have something in here...." said Ezra, pausing, to open the spell book.

"Dude. That is not how it works. You would be doin' it VERY WRONG. She is dead." T.Mor repeated.
I would like to take this moment to point out that I'm totally physically dead right now...Rigor mortis is a dead body disease...I am a dead body. You do math. Riddle pointed out.
"Riddle works like a zombie...I think..." August hypothesised while Riddle was thinking words.
"What's a Zombie?" T.Mor asked, and was promptly ignored by August, since august couldn't hear him.

"Oh well. A zombie is a corpse...sometimes brought back to life by witchcraft and made to do the caster's biding...but that's dark stuff."

Dark stuff? You do recall that I was trying to labotomise you with a chopstick? If that's not dark...then you must be wearing some blackout shades... Riddle thought knowledgeably.Also, I don't do ANYONE'S BIDDING. I am 100% autonomous. and 50% hollendaise sauce. But that doesn't matter.
"Ok...Well, she's not controlled by ANYONE...So I guess she's technically not a zombie, but corpse...definitely. I mean, she's held together with duct tape for ceiling Cat's sake!" T.Mor ranted on top of Riddle's thinking.
August just watched Ezra listen to nothing, and was mildly confused.

"No Riddle," Ezra chuckled softly, "like dark magick."

What kind of dark, on the sliding scale of good versus evil? Riddle asked curiously.

"Not necessarily evil, Riddle," Izzy said, having gotten in on the mind-reading thing. "But it's like...the black arts, or something. At least, that's the general idea I got."

Ok...I see. Have we all decided that I am better off stiffened for another...SOME...hours? Cos as much as I like the idea of moving...The after effects are normally worse than this... Riddle asked.
