Lark pulled the cover futher over Sariah as she shivered. No use in letting her be cold he thought and tucked his arm around her. For heat..

Brian: My eyes widened. So thats what had happened? "Im so sorry, I didnt know what happened..." I trailed off, slowly walking over to the horse she was on. If i would have known i wouldnt have brought it up.

Megan sighed and got off. "Its fine... I am the one who killed him." she said with a sigh. Pain filled her mind and her brother's dead face.

James took her back to camp and sat with her by the fire.

Sam quickly pulled himself up and helped her stand, keeping his arm around her. "You sure you can do this?"

Sariah cuddled him closer, yawning as she started to wake up, her eyes fluttering slightly. "Morning." she mumbled.

James looked down at her and kissed her forehead gently, smiling at her. He rubbed small circles on her back, trying to be as comforting as possible.

Artemis pulled the shall around her closer and settled into his arms "What now?" she asked quietly

James took a deep breath. "well, Winter is setting in and we can't really move or we risk not being able to find dry ground. So we have to sit and wait out the winter here I suppose."

Brian: "Oh..." i didnt know what to say. Did she want him to die? Was it an accident? So many questions ran through my mind. But i didnt want her to hurt more. So i tried to get her mind off of it. "I think buttercup likes you." The horse whinnied and i put my hand above her nose.

Megan laughed and sighed "Yeah I think so to." I felt emtpy with out the gypsy man. I kept thinking of his face and how my lips felt again mine.

"At the edge of the forest?" Artemis glupped, holding back a shiver

James looked down at her, his eyes tight with concern and nodded. "we don't have much choice."

Artemis nodded, playing with one of his hands. Hers looked so small compared to his. "Think my people will leave us be?"

Brian: "Have you ever rode a horse?" i asked

James took a deep breath. "I hope so. We are well outside the limits and with winter...I'd think they'd stay in their homes..but who can know for sure?"

Megan shook her head and sighed. She needed to find the gyspy man but she didnt want to be rude.

Artemis nodded "true" she sighed "what can I do to help?"

James kissed her head and held her close. "Just stay here, and stay safe." He murmered.
