The Facility

Brandon narrowed his eyes and stood. Pushing her back in the room he gave her a smile, "You can."

Taylor: I followed him out the door and through the hallway. "So how are the other people?" i asked, curious of the others

Kylia looked at him a little shocked as he closed the door. She stared at him, her eyes still wide. Her wings wrapped around her, hiding her from his sight. She took a deep breath and thought of a song and began to sing.

"Please, please forgive me,
But I won't be home again.
Maybe someday you'll look up,
And, barely conscious, you'll say to no one:
"Isn't something missing?"

You won't cry for my absence, I know
You forgot me long ago.
Am I that unimportant...?
Am I so insignificant...?

Abby knew what was coming. Cole was going to give another sarcastic comment. That little runt, can't he see that's she's too shy?! Quickly, she smacked Cole upside the head. "Don't even start." she said, knowing that he would be fuming in a few moments. "Ignore him, Kristy. Sorry for the intrusion. We'll be going now, right Cole?"

Christian shrugged his shoulders, "I dunno, haven't really seen anyone here. Though I think I've seen a few people. Just don't know their names yet."

Brandon smiled and have her the okay sign.

Kristy glanced between them amused.
"Right." Cole said with a glare.
"Nice to meet you. " she said softly.

Kylia couldn't see him, her wings covering her as she hugged herself, still singing, lost in the feel of the song eminating from her.

"Even though I'm the sacrifice,

She sat there as the song died out and felt a tear roll down her cheek as she dropped to the ground, sure she had killed someone.

Brandon slipped into the Booth and knelt beside her. "Don't cry, it worked perfectly. "

Kylia was still wrapped up in her wings, tears already pouring down her cheeks. "I-I" She tried to find what she was trying to think. "P-promise?"

Abby gave a half-done smile and walked out of the room, not caring if Cole followed her or not.

Cole sighed and followed her.

Brandon gathered her into his arms. "Promise."

Kylia curled up in his arms, her wings still wrapped around her, though her face was visible..at least the part that wasn't hidden in her long brown hair. She let the tears fall, not even sure why she was still crying. "I'm sorry." She managed. "I just, was so scared, and I couldn't stop, and" she trailed off, tears still pouring down her cheeks.

"Its okay." He said in a soothing voice. "You didn't hurt anyone."

Abby didn't know where she was going exactly, all she wanted to do was walk. F***, can't they make like some kind of courtyard in this h***hole? Just so I can get some fresh air?! She was so busy in her own thoughts that she didn't even noticed Cole walking beside her.
Gosh, and out of all things, I'm hanging out with a runt. Perfect.

"I-I'm sorry." Kylia said as she tried to stop the tears, still curled up. Her wings disolved back into her back as she brushed her hair from her face, her eyes still wide with a slight fear of herself.

Brandon just shook his head and pulled her closed.

Cole remained silent as he walked with her.

Kylia wrapped her arms around him, burring her face in his neck, finding comfort in his arms. She took a few deep breaths, each catching with sobs as she tried to control herself.

"Shhh ....." Brandon whispered patting her back.

Kylia finally got a hold of herself and let go, wiping her tears from her cheek. "I'm sorry." She muttered again as she looked down at the floor.

"Don't be." Brandon said putting a finger below her chin and lifting it so he could she her eyes.

Kylia looked at him, her deep brown eyes rimmed red and still sad and teary. "I didn't mean to break down like that." She murmered.

Abby kept being silent, until her temper got the best of her. "Any reason why you're following me? I thought you hated me." she said with spite. She then shook her head. "Never mind, forget I asked."

Its fine" he murmured then hesitated before lightly kissing her on the lips.

Taylor: I smiled, "Well then, lets go meet some people!"
