The Facility

Kylia watched him for a moment and closed her eyes, a tear leaking down her cheek as she nodded and cuddled him again, wincing as her leg moved.

Brandon sighed in relief as he held her closer, "I would never say that about you. I love you."

Kylia just nodded as she burried her face in him. She didn't know what to say without the wrong thing coming out. So she just kept her mouth shut.

Brandon just held her, hoping she understood how sorry he was.

Kylia looked up at him and kissed him. She wanted him to make her feel better. Ironic, seeing as how he made her hurt in the first place.

Brandon returned the kiss only making it slightly deeper, unsure of what she wanted.

Kylia deepened the kiss, pulling herself close to him.

Understanding Brandon held her closer on his lap to kiss her easier @.

Another tear found it's way down her cheek as she clung to him, not once breaking the kiss, letting herself drowned in it.

"Don't cry." He murmured between kisses. "Please don't cry......"

Kylia gave a slight nod as if to say 'ok', and laid down, pulling him with her. "don't let go." she murmered.

"Never." He whispered back and began leading the kisses down her neck.

Well! I'm back from my day in Scotland and ready to post! *smiles forcibly and covers her eyes, clinging to the bear*

Moira blinked and sat up, looking around the balcony. She must have fallen asleep up here. The bagpipe flowers were still playing softly, though she couldn't remember the song they played. Gradually, a strange feeling crept over her. Her limbs began to go numb and the edges of her vision darkened to a red. Suddenly, she stood, not of her own will. What's going on? she thought, panicking. High above her, three people in white coats smiled. "It looks like the operation went perfectly," said the only woman in the group, her glasses flashing.

Kylia closed her eyes and let him do whatever. As long as he didn't let go of her, stop holding her, she would be fine. She wouldn't break.

Jess had gotten up and dressed and was back in the gardens with his book.

Her panic level rising, Moira took a few tottering steps that were not her own. She was being controlled, by something or someone, and she didn't like it one bit. She couldn't even open her mouth to scream for help. Walking into the hallway, her hair falling in front of her face, her arms reached out and enormous roots blasted through the walls, winding and twisting around the windows. Please please PLEASE let someone hear that.

Kyle tilted his head to the side and watched the girl, Moira. No one knew what he knew. That the head of the facility was here. No one needed to, besides, he didn't think they'd believe the boss was the boss anyway. He chuckled slightly watching the girl. The operation did go perfectly.

((Omg, is he in on the Moira project? OMG. SEXUAL TENSION. BETRAYAL. A DOOMED ROMANCE BETWEEN TWO STAR CROSSED LOVERS. Two households, both alike in dignity... *smacks herself* This is why my parents don't like to give me soda and trashy novels.))

Make it stop, she thought hard, trying to put her arms down and end the flow of power. Her fingers twitched slowly downwards, but other than that, nothing. Gritting her teeth, Moira found she could control her mouth. She promptly used this to her advantage by screaming, at the top of her lungs, "Help! Someone help! They're controlling me!"

Kyle smirked, "Apperently the operation wasn't perfect. Boss won't be happy to hear she still talks." No he wasn't.....

The woman waved as if to shoo away the problem. "It will be fixed in time. I'm still not sure how she didn't remember the little episode with the harpie and the others, but we'll figure out how to replicate it. In the meantime, we should take her back to the lab." She tapped a few buttons on her bracelet and Moira collapsed, thoroughly unconscious, and she left, leaving the collection of the girl to her companions.

Kyle frowned, "Very well. Make sure its done."he thought for a moment. "I will visit soon, an hour perhaps." He turned around and walked off.

Moira woke about half an hour later strapped to a steel table. It was very uncomfortable and her back was getting cramps. The smell of anesthetics and disinfectant filled her nose as she turned her head to look around. She seemed to be in a lab or hospital room of some sort.

Kyle started towards the lab with a smirk, they didn't expect him for a half hour. So he would see what they did when not watched.

A slight stinging came from her arm and when she looked down, there was an IV taped there. The tube was filled with a thick gold liquid that hurt when pushed into her bloodstream. "Hello?" she called nervously, her toes starting to fall asleep. The lab appeared deserted.

Kyle walked in and looked around. He saw the girl laying on a table with no one else around. He sighed, they just left her there?
