R.I.P Elaina

"Ah." Zerrick noticed the one bed. "I can sleep on the floor tonight, if you want." He didn't want things to be weird for her.

Karina shrugged slightly, studying his face carefully. "It doesn't really matter to me, it's a big bed." She smiled, always an optimist.

Zerrick laughed. "Yeah." Soon the food arrived and they dug in, and it was really good. He had wondered how good Hotel Chinese food would be, but it was even better than a Chinese restaurant.

Karina only ended up eating half of her sandwich. She had a tiny stomach, because she was, well, a tiny girl.

After Zerrick was done eating he peeled off his shirt and stepped into the hot tub. "Ahh...This is amazing." He sat down then looked over at Karina. "You should get in. The water is so warm."

Karina bit her lip, but then shrugged. "Alright.." She searched her bag and realized she hadn't brought her one piece...would a two piece be awkward? She knew she was over-worrying. "Actually...never mind...."

"Karina, you and me in a hot tub is not gonna be awkward. There is plenty of room." Zerrick secretly hoped she had packed a bikini, because he just knew that it would look so sexy on her.

Karina rolled her eyes with a laugh. "That wasn't -- fine. I'll come in." She grabbed her bikini, which was navy blue, and changed. Then she came back in and hopped in beside him. "Happy now?"

Zerrick had been right. Karina plus a navy bikini equaled sexy! "Yeah, very happy." The water was perfect and he leaned against the side watching her.

Karina wasn't sure how to feel about him looking at her that way, and so she blushed and looked down. "That's good...why 'very'?"

Zerrick grinned. "Do you honestly want to know?" He kinda hoped she said no.

Karina raised an eyebrow, having not expected that for an answer. She shrugged. "Sure, why not?"

"Well, for one, you look amazing in that bikini, and two, being close to you makes me...happy." Zerrick sorta blushed and looked at her.

"Oh, um...wasn't expecting you to say that," Karina said with a nervous laugh, looking over at him, a little more shyly.

"I really wanna kiss you right now..." Zerrick said quietly, and then clamped a hand over his mouth, not believing that he had just said that out loud.

Karina laughed it off. "You're funny." She tucked a lock of her red hair behind her ear, looking down at her distorted reflection in the water. He wanted to kiss her? Why hadn't she admitted to liking him a looong time ago?

"And very serious." But he too looked away, knowing that she was not gonna let him kiss her.

Karina bit her lip, looking over at him, then slid over to his side of the hot tub. She kissed his cheek quickly then looked away. "There, you got a kiss." That was all she was brave enough to do right now. Besides, she figured he was just, well, horny because of her bathing suit and the water. She didn't want their first kiss, if they were ever going to have one, to just be a lustful thing.

Zerrick grinned. "That works I guess. He splashed her and laughed.

"You guess?" Karina teased, splashing him back and sliding out of his range to splash.

"Yeah." Since she moved, Zerrick splashed her using his foot.

Karina giggled and splashed him back with her own foot.

Zerrick laughed and splashed her harder. They were making a mess but he didn't care, because he was having fun for the first time in a looong time.

"Don't get my hair wet," Karina fake-pouted with another splash.

"Don't tell me that, or I might do it on purpose." Zerrick winked and splashed again.
