Lottie: I am going to kill Clarissa! "F-f-fine, yes I'm fine!" I take a step back once I've found my footing again. "I'm terribly sorry! My foot slipped on a piece of paper and I just..." Oh, my face must be some ungodly shade of red by now! "But how lucky we are that my lord was there to catch her. Our dear Lottie could've hurt herself," joins Clarissa sweetly.

He glances between the two. "Hm. Quite." The Lord nods toward Clarissa before settling upon Lottie once more. "You are certain you are well?" He asks, looking her over as Yuuki comes up behind him, eyeing Apollo and Lottie with interest, a bit of a smile on her lips. "Oh, don't mind me. I'm merely a tag-a-long," she slipped away with a chirping little tune, sneaking a backward glance every now and then.

Lottie: "Yes, I've never felt better in fact. I was just telling Clarissa about my father's return from India. He'd been visiting my brothers for a few weeks and the air was good for his health."

Cleopatra cleaned up in the huge mansion. Her hands were hurting from scrubbing so hard. She sighed and whiped her forehead with her apron. She went down to her room and put on a nice red dress that the govoner's wife had given her for her birthday. She let down her long red hair and walked outside. Her hair caught the light and she went into town.

"India, yes. A rather fine place to visit," he agreed, remembering the getaway he and his own brother, Vincent had taken to celebrate the wedding of Vincent to his bride, Sophia. How happy they'd all been then, especially Rose. "Were you headed to somplace in particular?"

Lottie: "Well, we were just on our way to the-" "Oh, Lottie!" interrupts Clarissa. I didn't notice when she'd taken out her pocket watch, but there it is in the palm of her hand. "I'm terribly sorry, but I've lost track of time. I really must be returning home. I so hate to interrupt our morning walk like this, but I really must be leaving. Lord Karmine, would you mind accompanying my dear friend with the rest of her errands?" My eyes widen. She can't be doing what I think she is... she simply can't! "B-but Clarissa, I still need a chaperone." She only qualifies as one because she's married. "No you don't dear. You're engaged, remember? Now I really mustbe going now."

Watching as Clarissa faded within the gradually fattening crowd, he extended a hand for her to take. "Lead the way then, I suppose." As they walked along, he glanced at her, curiosity getting the better half of him. "Might I inquire as to what you needed a chaperone for, Miss Lottie?" Yuuki, he was aware, was somewhere fairly close to them, spying inconspicuously.

Cleopatra walked swiftly and quietly through the streets. She had learned from her master that she would be watched. And she knew that it was true. People were watching her very closely and she didnt like it. Her red hair was most pleasing to the eye and she couldnt hide it as much as she wanted to.

Lottie: "It would unbecoming of a young lady such as myself to be out in public without a chaperone. People would start to whisper about her virtue." It was the ungroomed and green girl who made that mistake. She'd be cast out of society before her season really started.

"I myself do not much care for gossip," he remarked, thinking of how many times he had been the center of London's eye. "Regardless, I am happy to escort someone of your grace. It humbles me greatly."

Micheal: Damn Lorenza's just standing there pretending nothing's happening! A few people have stopped and are whispering amongst themselves. It's not like its rare for a guy to get beat up by someone older, but six times out of ten someone always gets a constable. "Help, Help!" I call again as Lorenza boredly lights a cigar. Enzo keeps shaking me, telling me to "Shut up you damn fool!"

Cleopatra hurried through the busy streets trying to keep from yelling at the people watching her. She went to the baker and got 3 pettie fours and 3 small cakes. She hurried out and walked through the streets once more.

Lorenza: I'm watching them go like one would a fight. Enzo yells, hits Micheal, Micheal pleads to the audience. It's like a really, really bad play. Micheal spots a girl coming down the street and calls out to her. "Miss, oh miss, you've gotta help me! Get the constable!"

Cleopatra looked at him and sadi slowly. "He is right over there..." She said pointing to the guy a few feet away from her. She looked down at her feet and she tried to act like she was respecting him but really she was trying not to make eye contact.

Micheal: "Oh c'mon, a little effort'd be nice! If someone was dying, would you tell them "Oh, the morgue's right over there" ?" I snort. That was completely useless. Enzo grabs me guy the ear and starts walking, rattling off in Italian.
