The kid seemed quiet. "So what are you here for?" Cole asked.

Kaden rolled her eyes and stood, figuring she needed to go find her room. "It's not gonna eat me."

"Being gay," Luca said simply. And sadly it was true. He was mad his parents couldn't accept him for who he was.
