Dolls wars

Rose: I glanced at him. "Do you know how to spot an infection? Because here, if those aren't seen soon enough, they lead to amputations."

Damon: Oh...might not know that one. "Let's see...fever...fatigue..." I couldn't think of anything else. I must look impressive. I thought sarcastically.

Rose: I laugh and shake my head at him, then walk over to a soldier and gently pull the blanket down a bit to reveal his arm. "It isn't bad," I say, "but I've been monitoring it for a few days. Tight, inflamed, red skin. I've been washing it was antiseptics so there's no puss, and it's moderately clean, and it might be getting better."

Ginger: I just kept helping dr rain with the soldiers he was taking care of and I just look at these soldiers wondering how can these men fight and are willing to get hurt.

Damon: I quirked an eyebrow as if to ask 'Yes, and?' in the most...non-rude way possible. I wasn't sure what she was getting at. Was I supposed to guess what it was or something?

Rose: "Anyway, that's an infection." I pursed my lips, wondering if there was any other basics I should teach him. "Do you know how to fill a syringe?"

Damon: "Well, you just fill it, but you tap it to make sure there's no air bubbles, right?" I asked, feeling like I should know some of these things and silly that I didn't have a sure answer.

Rose: "That's right. And if you can't get rid of the air bubble you can always just refill it. And never reuse the same syringe. Especially not on different people." I crossed my arms, resting against a table. "I guess that's it. If I think of anything, I'll come find you."

Damon: I gave her a small smile in response since I felt silly just nodding. "Okay then." I paused before continuing with the question, "How long have you been working here? Since this whole mess started?"

(What if my soldier got hurt in the battle and they put him in one of the tents?)

Rose: I nodded. "Pretty much. But the faces change so often I usually don't remember anyone. So everyday it feels like I'm coming back to a new place."

ginger: after helping for a bit i went back to see how was damon going and if he was getting a hang out of it before i focused on the wounded soldiers.

Damon: Once I saw Ginger, I actually had to make a physical effort not to smile too much. I didn't want to stand there, grinning like an idiot after all. "Hey. What's up?" I asked her once she came over.

Ginger:" nothing much I just came over to check on you to see how you doing and getting the hang of this medical stuff" I told him as I smiled a bit back at him

Damon: "Well...it's a good thing I know more than I thought I did." I said with a small grin, and then paused momentarily before saying honestly, "It's pretty easy to understand, actually."

Rose: I roll my eyes. "Yeah, just wait until you have to saw a leg or an arm off."

Ginger:" it's good your getting it Damon but it's not that easy you still have a lot to learn still" I said to him a I shifted myself so I could see both Damon and rose

Damon: I was about to comment to Rose that I had seen worse things than that, but I kept my mouth shut and nodded in understanding to what Ginger had said. She was right, after all.

Ginger:" also I have a good feeling you will learn quickly around here"I said with a smiled

Rose: I grabbed a hairband and tied my hair up so it wouldn't get in my work. "Well, I guess we shouldn't mingle. There are people who need a little help. Anyone need a coat first?"

Ginger:" I do please rose" I said as I knew she was right we shouldn't be talking when people need help

Rose: I tossed her one and looked at Damon. "You?"

Ginger; I put the coat on as soon as I got it in my hands

Damon: "Yeah, sure." I answered Rose as I thought, Well, time to play 'doctor'.

Rose: "So we'll start off with a few tents each then?" I asked, turning towards the gloves.

Ginger: I nod before following rose to the gloves before headed off to help
