The Great Revival

In order to get this site back up to its prime, we need a reintroduction of old CCers back into the site. Not as in 90 year-old novelists on typewriters, but as in young CCers who have left to go elsewhere. While this is not a foolproof idea, we could try to bring back those who have lost their interest in this site. We could possibly try to contact old CCers using Skype or their phone numbers, or send a group message to all emails registered on an account. This might be a terrible idea, but considering how old this forum is, we need old blood that is still fresh, not just new blood.

Yeah, I fully agree. We plan to send out a mass email once the site is all fixed, welcoming people back. We could certainly include something about contacting friends whom the emails might not reach; people switch to new email accounts sometimes, after all.

Oh, and I feel this ought to be said, we're thinking about affiliating with other RP websites to bring people to and from said sites. That's another thing that's going to happen once the site's fully fixed up. It wouldn't be related to the old users, but it's something we want to do to bring in more people.
