Glancing at Drew uneasily, I responded "No, we've done fine on our own. Just because we're 13 doesn't mean..." I didn't even know how to end the sentence, actually.

Drew
Could the woman really help us?

Avia: "I'm not saying anything. I'm offering. I am an elf, after all." Elves could quite literally do anything their hearts desire, although they couldnt meddle with love.

Diana
Soon, I ran into a clearing with two other people there, ones I didn't recognize. What was with people and this forest at three in the morning?!

I turn back human, sending Kat crashing into the water. Watching her, I laugh, then turn to the Elf "Really?"

Kat
"Drew..." I cautioned, studying the elf carefully, not sure weather to trust her or not

Where are your charries, spired?

Avia: I nodded vigorously. "I live to help dragons, the forest, animals... you name it. Anything except those awful hunters." I shook my head sadly.

Ai frowned. "Again!"
Gray matched her expression as he pulled back the bow once more, but a sudden sound made him over extend and break the taunt string. Her mouth dropped, not caring about the new comer. "Gray!" She ran over and took her bow away with an angry look. "You're not touching this again!"
"Aww, come on it was an accident. Mostly her fault." He pointed to the shocked looking girl. Ai just glared, walked back to the rock she had sat at and took out her extra string. Her eyes flitted to the girl as she restrung her bow.

Diana
Then an arrow whisked past them, hitting the bulls eye straight on "What are you two doing here?" The creeper in the forest had tested my patience, and I was tired.

Kat
She seemed sincere, but I still didn't trust her "Thanks, but we should get back to sle..."

Drew
"Hold on Kat" I advised, "she offered us help, don't let your pride get in the way. We can't live like this forever"

Avia: "That's right, you cant." I agreed. I grew sad when I decided to give them the reason why. "I've watched others die because they thought they could..."

Kat
"We've made it this long, haven't we?" I snapped

Drew
I sigh, my sister could be so tempermental "What do you mean by help, exactly?"

"Practicing my archery, duh," Gray said. He walked over and leaned against a tree.
Ai rolled her eyes and stretched the string tight. She drew it to test it and then rested it on the ground in front of her in a peaceful display. "And you?"

Diana
"I live in a house in these woods, and I was going to do some stargazing...but why our you two out here at three in the morning?"

Avia: "Whatever you need to stay hidden, but still live. Elves can practically do anything. So I'll help to the best of my ability."

Kat
"We have the reeds as bedding, the fish as food, and the most isolated place in the forest" I point out. "We're fine"

"One of her...elf thingies..." Gray looked up and jumped for a low branch, climbing up.
Ai frowned at him again. "It's the Winter Solstice. Gray got bored, took my bow, and then broke it."
"Accident!" He called down from the tree.

Avia: I bit my lip, but didn't push. "Ok... but if you do need me I'm always around. I stay intact with every forest here and there... so just whisper for me..." With that I turned to walk away.

Can I still join this?

Diana
"Oh, you're an elf?" I ask, tilting my head

Drew
Sighing, I glance at Kat "You could have just made a big mistake"

Kat
"We don't need her" I said stubbornly, swimming back to our reed beds
