Indigo: Kandy and I walk out, back into Time Square. Ambrosia, a slave of The Few was running out.

Millions of emotions ran through my head.

Should I kill her?
No, that would start an uprise.

Should I take her hostage?
No, they would just kill anyone in their way to get her.

What should I do?


My fist were balled, in anger.

Ambrosia - I stop and freeze in my tracks as I see Indigo. What was she going to do?

Indigo: I didn't want to kill her. She was only a slave of The Few, so she had no choice.

But there I stood, staring her down, like an old timey show down; my hand on my knife holster just incase.

Ambrosia - I looked away from her intimidating eyes. To me she was no better than Damien. She intimidated those who opposed her, just like he did.

Indigo: I started walking towards her, but I took my hand away from my knife so she knew I meant no harm.

"Ambrosia," I say, not blinking once.

Ambrosia - I don't look at her, "Indigo." I say quietly.

Indigo: "You know this could all change," I told her, whispering so no one else would hear.

Ambrosia - I flinch, "I stopped believing in The Mass a long time ago." I snap. "You might have Leigha thinking you can save us, but not me. You don't have what it takes, no one does."

Indigo: "Do you know what I did this morning, actually just before this?" I asked, leaving a small pause. "I saw a ten year old boy, wearing a Few uniform dead in his home, and his two year old brother left there crying." I said, staring her down. "Your working them to death," I said, anger slipping off my tounge. "And if you can sleep at night knowing that, then you don't deserve to live another day."

Ambrosia - I gulp. That poor child. "I don't like the way things are run, but there is nothing you or anyone else can do about it. They're too powerful."

Indigo: I took both of her hand in mine, and stared into her eyes. My eyes sent off kindness now, not anger.

"So let's change it," I said, pleading with her. "Come with us, Ambrosia."

Ambrosia - I look back towards the place where the Few lived them back towards Indigo, "I can't leave Leigha."

Indigo: Yes! She would join, but getting Leigha out would be trouble.

"Do you think the two of you could escape?" I asked in a hushed tone.

Ambrosia - "It will be difficult to get us both out at the same time. She is wounded and Damien is always watching me. He's angry at the moment because I refused him..." I trail off.

Indigo: I dissmiss what she said, and start walking to The Few door. I had no idea what I was doing.

Ambrosia - "What are you doing? Are you crazy?" I hiss.

Indigo: I stopped just before opening the door. "Why, what will happen to me?" I say in a sarcastic tone.

Ambrosia - "Oh I don't know," I hiss sarcastically, "death, imprisonment, torture, all of the above!"

Indigo: She was right...

I stepped back from the door.

"Well, how is this going to work."

Damien - "What are you doing on our property," I snarl at the head of the Mass.

Indigo: "I'm clearly not on your propery," I said, point at how I was on the sidewalk.

Damien - "You are in front of our home, Ambrosia, how dare you speak with her! Get inside!" I snap.

Ambrosia - I scurry inside, about to pass him when he grabs my arm and holds me in place beside him. "Ow." I whimper.

Indigo: "DONT TOUCH HER LIKE THAT!" I yelled, grabbing out my knife and putting it aginst his throat. "Listen, your only a kid, not a man. And even if you were a man, you dont treat a woman like than..."

Ambrosia - My eyes go wide. The only person to ever stand up for me before was Leigha.

Damien - I let go of Ambrosia then twist Indigo's arm, taking the knife as my own. "You might be good," I growl, "but I'm better."

Indigo: I knee Damien in thr groin, and walk away.

"Think about what I said, Ambrosia," I said, then went back to the day care.
