"Nope." T.Mor answered."We don't have a lot of food available back home. This...Sand Witch thing...man, this would have cost me my entire paycheck." As he finished eating the layer of bread, he began on the layer of meat, eating each layer individually.

"There are so many things I have to show you!" said Ezra. "There are also things I can teach you...."

"Is it MAGIC?" Riddle asked. "Are you going to teach us MAGIC?"
"NO, It's not magic...It's probably...Something else. Something about foods." T.Mor thwarted Riddle's MAGIC theory In one brief sentence.

"Nope Riddle's right," Ezra grinned.

"Pfff, there's no such thing as magic," Nike scoffed.
"What about what we do?" Sarah asked.
"That's not magic," Peter answered.
"Well what do you call it, then?" Sarah challenged. "I mean come on! We can make fire that we lit with our minds dance, make rocks float and behave like liquids, raise water from lakes, fly on the winds, bend light around however we want, and travel to different universes. Not to mention the fact that we can see and talk to our souls, use our souls to speak telepathically, and even switch places with our souls! What do you call that if not magic?"
"Energy manipulation," Peter stated simply.

((Cue backwards, stiff anime-fall.))

"There is," Ezra said stifly, handing Peter a large spell book.

Peter looked at it for a moment, examining the cover with a raised eyebrow.
"The hell is this?" he asked.

"Spell book," smirked Ezra.

"That's...great," he answered skeptically, handing the book back to Ezra.
How many crazy people are we going to meet today? Sarah thought to the rest of the team.
Je ne sais pas, Senet thought back.
You've been awful quiet lately, Sarah remarked.
Just 'aven't 'ad anyzeeng to say, he replied, mentally shrugging.
I've just about had it with the insane stuff, Nike grumbled.

"Don't believe me do you?" laughed Ezra.

"I don't know what I'll believe at zees point," Senet said. "I don't cahre eef you'hre chrazy ohr not, to be 'onest. We'll all be gone soon, anyway."
"I care if he's crazy!" Sarah protested. "I don't want to be in a room with crazy people!"
"You've been hanging out with Riddle all this time," Peter pointed out.
"True..."

Ezra laughed, "You of ALL people should believe me! I can prove it."

((I completely forgot that we already confirmed their abilities to use spells. Oh well, pretend that we hadn't.))

"By all means, go ahead," Nike said.
"And what do you mean, 'us of all people?'" Peter asked. "We have so much research collected about the universes that two-dozen libraries wouldn't be able to contain it all, and so far, nothing like this has come up. Then again, we can't explain Riddle and she's right here. So yeah, go ahead and show us."

Ezra thought for a moment, once he had decided on the spell he becan to mutter quickly in a strange language, soon a a ball of light which appeared to be fire was in his hand.

"Told you."

"Okay," Senet said with a tired shrug. He held his right hand up, palm facing the sky, and closed his eyes for just a moment. When he opened them again, a ball of light that appeared to be really just plain light was in his hand.
"Got fire covered," Peter said, digging around in his pocket. He held up a handful of powder that immediately burst into flames. "And I don't completely rape the law of conservation of energy, the first law of thermodynamics, or even the frickin' fire triangle!"

"I can do better than this," Ezra frowned, "I was playing it safe...like literally safe."

"We can do better, too," Peter said, pressing one hand over the other to extinguish the fire before shoving the powder back in his pocket. At the same time, Senet waved his hand, and the ball of light was gone. "And we abide by science and physics. Because, you know, those things exist."

"This book holds some of the darkest stuff known to humans, sorcers, and other beings. I can use your own mind to torture you." said Ezra, with a flick of his hand he sends Andrew flying into a tree.

"I can use any thing to torture anyone!" Riddle exclaimed quite happily. Her eyes fell on the jagged piece of tupperware she had been eating. "AND I DON'T BREAK ANY LAWS OTHER THAN THE WHOLE MANSLAUGHTER THINGY!" She grinned somewhat demonically.
"The immortality thing is more...wait- that does break a law...nevermind." August said.
"A law? How about the whole rulebook?" T.Mor muttered. "But...she really can torture anyone with anything....God- that's not much fun." He continued darkly.
"I COULD DO A PRACTICAL DEMONSTRATION!!!" Riddle was immediately disarmed of the tupperware by T.Mor.

"Do you always have to use him to prove your point?!" said Liz, helping Andrew up.

"Yes....yes I do."

"I zhought eet was pretty funny," Senet admitted.
"You know," Peter mused, "you could kill anyone with any object if you use it properly...or improperly, as it were."
"Don't talk like that when Riddle's in the room!" Sarah said, worried.

"Andrew going into a tree? Or Riddle?" asked Ezra.

"Dude...peanut butter machete. I'm ALREADY all over it." Riddle continued smiling.
"LOOK. A BRICK." T.Mor distracted her skillfully, and he snickered as she dove toward a pile of decaying wall bits to find the brick.
"I MISSED YOU SO MUCH! I am now full of...indegestion?" She stopped and looked at T.Mor for a more appropriate word.
"Emotions? Nostalgia? Shrapnel?" He suggested.
"GOOD ENOUGH!" She carried the brick back to the group. "This is a brick...and it's not flammable."
"Can we get back to the 'does magic exist' arguement? That was really interesting." August asked, distancing himself from Riddle, her tupperware, and the brick.

"Well it does," Ezra said flatly, "and if you wanna try and fight me go ahead. I will win."

"I'm game!" Riddle said, deftly taking the tupperware bit from T.Mor. "Are there rules? Can I break them?"
