CHARACTER CHAT!!!!

Cricket: He looked up in surprise, then his expression softened. "Unlike you, I don't want to die," he said. "Least, not 'til I'm sure there's no other way out. Maybe that's selfish of me. People like me should die, it would spare ever'one a lot of trouble. But I couldn't."

Jess: We looked between each other. Ami's eyes continued to bore into Cricket. It was unspoken between all of us but we would die for each other, we would die to protect others, but Ami was always the extremist when it came to subjects like this. None of us would ever give up our freedom, but....Cricket had a point. "I don't think anyone wants to die."
Kimmi: "With our lives though....you die fighting or you die being suppressed."

Cricket: "Supressed?" He shook his head in thought. "More like pushed. I still 'ave my freedoms, my friends, I just 'ave to show up and do what they say. Heck, I've even got a decent education out of it, 'cept grammar. But you're right. I can't live a normal life. But even if I was on my own, I would never 'ave a chance." He brushed aside the hair from the side of his neck, revealing a scar of the initials CWl "See this? Seven years old, got it branded into me when I was in prison. Never did anything then neither. Said they had to keep track of me 'case I carry on the family tradition and get a price on my head."

Ami: I looked upon the letters and sighed. "Seems we're more in common than ever." I pulled up my sleeve up and showed him my wrist. Tattooed on me forever was my code number, 97Y400D, which went neatly across the inside of my wrist.
Emily: I winced when she showed her code. She had said she was just a name and a number in that place. Not a person at all. Just another thing to be cataloged in the record books.

Cricket: He smiled sympathetically. "Seems to me we've all been scarred one way or another." His smile faded. "Seems to me I 'ave to play the bad guy whether I like it or not."

Jess: "You shouldn't have to though!"
Kimmi: "That's just evil."
Emily: "And she knows evil."
Kimmi: "Hey!"
Ami: I shot them a look. "Perhaps you could try and change it. That's what we're attempting anyways. As far as we know we're pretty secret, so we're going right to the top to tell them about it and make them stop chasing us."

Cricket: "Good luck to you. I would have done that a long time ago, 'cept I would be running right into the people who would hang me on the spot before I got a word out." He thought for a second. "I'm still lookin' for that place. Somewhere I can go where no one knows my name or my face and where I can just start over. Seems nobody welcomes a robbery-trained, highly-wanted criminal in their country. Still, I've got a girl, and someday we're gonna start over. Someplace."

Emily: "Ohmigod, it reminds me of Kingdom Hearts. I could cry right now..."
Kimmi: "What the heck is the fascination about that game? They take the two most random things, stick them together, make them fight crap, and make it kid friendly all at the same time."
Jess: "Dont knock it till you try it. I have to agree that it's awesome-sauce."
Kimmi: "All of you don't know real gaming...You should play Fabel or COD, or....something with actual violence."
Ami: "All of you get off on the weirdest subjects."
Emily: "That's just because you don't know what it is."

Cricket: He chuckled. "Nice to know I remind someone of a fiction game."

Emily: "COME ON! I'd take that as a complement. That game IS awesome-sauce!"
Jess: "Hellz yeah!"
Kimmi: "Kill me now..."
Ami: I had to laugh. "This conversation sounds so weird to me..." I sometimes loved it that i wasn't that educated on what was hot in the normal world. Well, maybe not hot but popular.

Cricket: He laughed, crossing his arms. "Sounds wierd to me, too."

I'm Matt, American, year 2091." I grinned and walked out the door.

wow this place blew up... Sorry I haven't been on in forever. Could I be informed of the goings-on that have happened since I fell off the earth?

hmm...well we got out of the building and am now in the middle of a park, still in France. Ami is weak because Sparrow made her break down a metal wall. Cricket has joined us. i added Jessica to my group. I think you were here for that part though.

Lemme have ryan say something.

Ryan: "This is wierd," I muttered, watching frenchies mill around the park. I sat on the bench and waited for an idea.

(Do you know my character, or should I describe him a little? I don't know yours very well)

Cricket: Out of the corner of his eye he saw someone appear on a nearby bench.

Ami: "That's ryan."
Kimmi: "Quick, get him!"
Emily & Jess: I grabbed him from behind and hauled him over and farther into the trees where we couldn't be seen from the path.
Ami: "You crazy or something? You wanna be caught again? We just escaped some high security building! How do you know they aren't looking for us?"

Cricket: He pushed through the brush and said matter-of-factly, an eyebrow raised: " 'cause all of the police are over on the opposite side o' the city. See? Stole some pretty jewelry." He reached over his head and slid one end of a huge diamond necklace out of his backpack, and slipped it back in. "We got ten minutes at least 'fore they start looking this way."

Ami: I glared at him. "That's EXACTLY what we need right now?!"
Emily: I heard the sirens. Those weird European sirens and not the American ones i was used to. I didn't know if they had different sirens for the police, or the EMT, or the fire department... "I think that's the police..."
Kimmi: "Great...Ten minutes huh? These aren't silly American police, these are European police!"

Cricket: He smirked. "I'm not from America either, but they did get 'ere awful quick." Looking around, he added calmly, "And now's not the time t' yell. We gotta find someplace to hide."

Jess: I looked around at all the trees. "Alright, well i can make us some cover..." I leaned down and touched the ground. Almost instantaneously bushes and trees popped up around us creating a close to impenetrable fortress.

Cricket: He whistled and smiled satisfactorily, looking up at the sudden green. "Aye, that works, that works." He ran a hand through his hair. "S'pose the park's gardeners will appreciate it, too."

Kimmi: "Hopefully they won't be smart enough to look in the forest and notice this area of suddenly dense vegetation..."
Emily: "You could cause a forest fire and destract them."
Kimmi: "You could cause a deep freeze and freeze them," i mocked back.
Ami: "Alright, enough. I think i hear them."
