Mick smiled at him, not missing the cute dimple. "I know what you're saying," he sighed. "The place I used to go to was perfect. Everyone knew everyone. There was only about 600 kids. And thats pre-school through high school."

Quincy: "That sounds wonderful," I said dreamily. I could only imagine going to a school that small. "Why did you move out here, if I may be so bold to ask?"

Mick made a face and ran his fingers through his hair, uncovering the cowlick he had tried so hard to hide this morning. "Parents thought it was in my best interests," he said, smiling softly at Quincy.

Quincy: My finger twitched wth desire to touch his hair, but instead, I made a fist and nodded. "I guess all I know is this. Sad but true," I said and then looked down at our shoes.

Mick looked at him and bit his lip, wanting to comfort him, but he pushed the urge down. Who said this boy was on his team, anyway? "I'm sorry to hear that," he said genuinlly.

Quincy: "So have you earned your bearings yet; a good locker, a girlfriend?" I asked, secretly hopeful.

Mick laughed softly. A girlfriend? Him? In his dad's dreams maybe. "Yes to the locker, but no to the girl. Not really looking for...that. Right now." No reason to say /why/ he wasn't looking for it.

Quincy: I couldn't stop the silly grin that formed on my lips when he said that. Maybe there was hope. "Same here," I said.

Mick grinned back at him, liking him more and more each minute. "Do you mind showing me to the classes? I'm completely lost." Which wasn't a total lie.

Simon: I raised an eyebrow. "What color are your regular eyes?"

Dante's eyes twinkled. "Not if you know how to get away from it all."

Jace smirked. "Sure. Right this way." I gesture towards the wing.

Quincy: I nodded. "Of course I'll show you around," I said, starting but stopping quickly. "What class do you have next?" It was like a big ball of sunshine had perched on my shoulder. Well, theoretial sunshine, because if it was real, this gaypire would be dead.

Rosalie: "What do you mean?" i asked raising an eyebrow.

Nicole raised an eyebrow. "Care to impart some of your wisdom to me, then?"

Natalie followed him, looking around. "This place really is big," she murmured.

Mick pulled the slip of paper out of his back pocket and looked at it. "Advanced Aglebra 2," he said, making a face.

Anna - I searched the hallways. Why did I even agree to go to this school?

Derek walked down the hallway, his books tucked under his arm. He ran his tongue over his pointed teeth, willing the fangs to detract. There were too many humans here. Sure, he didn't mind sinking his teeth into their necks, but the urge to do it everytime he ran into one was driving him insane. Speaking of which..."Sorry," he muttered when he knocked into someone. Anna - "No, it was most likely my fault," I sigh, "I just got here and I have no idea where I'm supposed to go." I laugh a little. "I'm Annabella by the way, but you can call me Anna."

Derek looked her over, not bothering to be descrete about it. "Nice to meet you, Anna," he said, offering her his hand and smiling. "I'm Derek."
