"Singing..." I said slowly, watching his face "the song itself is All Along the Watchtower. Want to hear another?"

The Director opened a door and walked in, one of the two pushed Cricket in after him and closed the door. He goes to his desk and sits, fixes some papers. "So Cricket. A long way from home, aren't we?"

Wisp
I stare after her a moment before laughing. It's nervous and panicked but i still laugh. I clutch at my head, tears of fear stream down. One got away. Got away in my presence. Red Wing would kill me, certainly. I fear, but all i can do is laugh.

Spiro watched her, then shook his head. "Director says I have to discipline you. It was such a horrible thing, you did." His words planted guilt in her mind, like he'd been trained to do.

Emily
I blink awake, the world spinning uneasily. I try to move but there are chains on my wrists. A headache is pounding my head so hard i can barely think past it.

Marley
I really did break a lot of things that was REALLY unnecessary, along with all the alarms... I wondered how many people were still in a panic, or how many hod lost their jobs, or even lives because of what I did... "But pretty awesome, huh?" I smiled softly, though it was a little forced

Deacon
"Finally, Sleeping Beauty has awoken at last" I said sarcastically, crossing my arms and watching the girl

Cricket scanned the room, avoiding eyes. He nodded hesitantly.

The Director nods. "So you've seen my creation? How is she?"

Spiro shook his head, walking closer, studying her eyes. "It's alright, though, because you're going to pay for it. You deserve punishment. Isn't that right?"

Marley
I looked away, so he couldn't see the guilt in my eyes "Look, I deserve punishment for a lot of things. This is one of the least of them" I muttered, trying to shift my weight to get the strain off my shoulders

Creation. Ayakashi, or Ami? "She's...unpredictable," Cricket said, subconciously tracing his scar.

The Director chuckled. "Ah, yes. Seems as though i won myself another rebellious daughter." He shakes his head. "But you've been mislead, Cricket. Ayakashi belongs here, you see, but i only wish to cure the others. My daughter needs to come home sometime, you see."

"She doesn't seem t' want to." The silght edge to his voice surprised him.

Spiro cocked his head at the chains holding her up, took her hand and phased her through them. "Better?"

Marley
Now my feet were still bound, but the strain on my arms were gone "Oh, thanks" I said, confused as I flexed my shoulder blades. Much better. I thought he was going to torture me?

I gotta go be back later tonight

"No, my second born daughter. She is a part of the group as well." he laughed. "We can't have a bunch of teenage girls running around with powers too, can we? Too many emotions, which is why we must tamper with the experiments'."

Cricket's eyes flitted to him questioningly. "Wait. Blood-related daughter?"

The Director smiled. "Yes, can you guess who?"

Cricket studied him. Not another one. Daughter a friend, father an enemy. Then he saw the slight resemblence. "...Emily."

The Director chuckled. "Her friend, yes. Everyone says that, since both of them were little. No, i'm afraid she takes after her mother. Emily is my daughter." He eyes him.

((oops, i meant emily >.> haha can we rewind?))

(*waits for a response* Hah. I love how my blonde moment totally shatters the drama xD)

The Director chuckles. "I'm surprised, people say she takes after her mother." He studies the boy in front of her. "I hope you know the importance of keeping this secret, Cricket. Top secret means a lot of things around here. Even if i am the Director i cannot stop everything from happening, so for her safety i trust you'll keep this hidden. And she finds out it will be for your safety as well."

((Aaaah! It feels so good to be typing on my keyboard rather than hitting the screen of an iPod over and over! I'm back home after nearly three days. Whew! And my feet hurt (standing for hours at a time, bleh). Still, it was worth it just to perfom in Symphony Hall *_*))

Okay, this was weird. She was...laughing. And crying. At the same time. Maniacally. At least Sarah left, and that gave me some relief. As a simple wind type, I'm naturally...expendable. But Sarah, she's The Mana Type. The only person among billions or trillions or I-don't-know-what-illions who can, astonishingly, control every element and form of energy. Her soul energy is unparalleled, and her abilities are incredible. Not to mention that she could probably shift for three other people and merely fall unconcious.
But me? Just a wind type. Well, a wind/light type. I might be able to control air and light, but I can't stop a bullet (though I suppose theoretically I could, but it'd be hard as hell. I'd have to stop it in mid-flight with still air, which is horribly implausible). I can't twist a knife. Those are for fire and earth, respectively.
...Speaking of bullets, I really hoped that Crazy Gun Lady didn't realize that her gun would be working just fine now.
