Good Can't Always Win. (Evil is the New Black 2!)

Mr.Face: The running had stopped. Ok. Wonderful. Where had she gone? "Hello?" I called to...the hallway.

Wolf
I whine again, standing and walking over next to Mr. No-Face, nosing his hand. My ears satellite around, listening carefully for the vampire lady.

Mr.Face: I felt a wet...Nostrilly type thing in my hand. I stroked it, eventually finding familiar ears. I very nearly just sat down to indulge in the fuzziness again. "We ought to go look for her." I said, not really wanting to. I just wanted to sit and stroke the warm, soft, fur. So much for Evil motivation...

Wolf
I yawn and sit, lean against his leg slightly. Not a good idea to me. Miss Vampire Lady can still have the blood lust. She'll come back when she's good and ready... I like it here just fine.

Mr.Face: She leaned against my leg. I gave in to the urge to sit down and pet the fuzzyness. "This is actually quite nice. I should get some fuzzy things for the office. Maybe it would improve morale." I told her, my head looking straight foreward, as it usually did.

Alice: I came back up. "Sorry..." I said quietly.

Mr. Face: She was back. I was petting a wolf. And now using vocab words that I had not known a half hour ago. "Where did you go?" I asked curiously.

Alice: "I went downstairs... I needed to breath." I said quietly and sat next to him.

Mr. Face: All these people were so lenient about personal space. It was somewhat disconcerting. "Oh. Sensory overstimluation?" I guessed. It was what normally caused any problems with me...The few senses I had would go on overload...and cause a sort of mental short circuit.

Wolf
I grumble, laying down beside Mr. No-Face. My tail swishes slightly as i look up at Miss Vampire, resting my head on my paws again.

Alice: "Sort of. It is like if I didnt leave you would be dead on the floor." I said looking at him. "For a no face your not that bad. You to Wolf." I said with a smile.

Mr.Face: I realised, sitting between these two, that I still had no idea why any of us were here. "So. Um. Where did you two come from?" I tried again at casual converastion.

Alice: "I was running away from... never mind anyway I came to find this house and I knew I needed to get away so I just came in and ran all over this place trying to find somewhere to hide." I said looking around. "This place is huge."

Mr.Face: "Oh. I see." I said, neglecting my metaphors again. "Is it huge? Huh. Interesting." It's always wierd when someone tell me something about the architecture of a place, and I have no idea of what they mean based on their perceptions of space. "Can you give me approximate dimensions...or is it just that big?"

Alice: I looked at him. "Its just huge I think it grows like the walls stretch when you are running it is like you will never get to were you want." I said looking around wondering if what I said was true and not just my mind going crazy.

Mr.Face: The walls stretched? Sounded like home to me..."I wonder...Go stand ten feet away from me and yell something. I want to check that." I had an Idea about sound waves.

Alice: I smiled. "It seems that way... I dont know if it is true anyway.."

Mr.Face: She was still sitting next to me. I had been trying to do science. "Seriously...Go walk about 10 feet away and yell something. I want to confirm or deny the wall stretchyness." I used another Riddle word. I cringed at it.

"Ahnd fohr de recohrd," I announced, since we had apparently turned invisible, "yu were never ah dahnzjer, vahmpire. We hahve skills beyohnd yur imazjining."

Wolf
I yip at the foxes, standing and trotting away a ways, though not really knowing what ten feet looked like. I bark for Mr. No-Face, tail wagging happily.

Mr. Face: Finally someone listened. If I had been at home...there would be people...in torture devices, at this clear lack of efficiency. Back to my experiment. So, I listened to her bark. I listened to the images of the walls that provided me. According to the laws of echoes....She was some 20 feet away. which shouldn't be possible, If she only moved 10 feet. The walls stretched then. "Confirmed. The walls move." I said to the room collectively.

"Ahnd hey, wahd's yur prohblem?" Na'arsif asked the wolf.

Wolf
I shift and smile a fanged smile at them. "Mr. and Mrs. Fox can't even comprehend a werewolf." I stick my tongue out at them, running back over to Mr. No-Face. "Good, good?" I ask him happily, tilting my head.

Mr.Face: "Yeah...That throws off all of my assumptions about anything. My depth perception is now shot." I said unhappily.

Wolf
I pat his head like he does mine with a smile. "Wolf can help. Like a guide dog, yes?"
