The Lords' Lust

Finn: I winced and looked away again; he was just a kid. He didn't know how those words can effect someone like me.
"It was nice trying to be your big brother Beatle," I said softly, taking a step toward the path that led back to the house. "Even though we barely did anything."

Mint: I stopped at the medicine room, about to open the door when I heard the two of them talking... I frowned slightly and folded my arms across my chest, whatever

Samuel: "Thank you for your little input sir, but I honestly don't care. If you would like to leave, than leave quickly. You probably don't want Mint to catch yo leaving, considering you're sitting here instead of there," I said stiffly and turned toward the window.

Beatle: "You just gave me rotten peaches, old fart!" I screamed after him.
Hmph! If Fishy was gonna be such a jerk he could leave!
"And don't ever ever ever EVER visit me, you stupid ugly thing!" I add, crossing my arms and turning my back to him.
Fishy was the worst friend EVER! I cannot believe I liked him. The castle was so much better than him! I could be a super-hero there!

Finn: "Shut up!" I yelled, turning back around. "It's obvious, okay?! You don't like me! But you don't have to continue to smash my head in with more of your stupid, childish words!"
I balled my fist, breathing hard and glaring at him harshly. It already hurt to walk away from him here, but his little insults were killing me. "I know I'm a horrible caretaker, but I don't want to hear it from you anymore!"

Kay: I clench my fist and turned to walk back to Mint.

Mint: My hand moved to the door knob, and I was ready to open it when the door opened. I glanced up at Kay and tensed, my head beginning to spin a little bit. "How is she?" I asked, surprising myself that I brought up the girl.

Kay: I look at him, "Why do you ask? You don't like her."

Mint: "I'm asking because you care for her," I folded my arms across my chest and looked away, "I figured you like talking about things you care for." The maids who were following me and murmuring became quiet and took a small step back.

Kay: I put my head in my hands sighing, "She's doing fine."

Mint: I glanced at him, seeing his hands covering his face. I frowned slightly and looked away once more, rocking impatiently on my heels, "Why were you leaving the medicine room?"

Kay: "I was going to go see her and take her away, to try and protect her. But that butler guy doesn't like me and I don't think he likes her and I was going to take her away so then he didn't have to see her or not like her," I say softly.

Mint: I shook my head quickly, "That's enough. I don't want to hear anymore of that girl. She's painful to talk about." My arms unfolded and rested at my sides, "Wait, if you're taking her away, then why is she still in there?" It was absolutely horrendous talking about this girl, but I asked anyways.

Kay: "That butler dude thought she should stay," I say softly.

Mint: "Butler dude?" I glanced at him and bit my lip against a soft laugh. "His name is Samuel. And if he thinks she should stay, then he obviously doesn't care for you both. Don't think that he just "dislikes" or "likes" people."

Kay: I shrug and lean against the wall.

Mint: I folded my arms across my chest and narrowed my eyes at him, "I think we need to talk now. And this time you're not aloud to leave because this is the last time I'll ever forgive you for running away."

Kay: "I'm used to running Mint, I'm sorry,"I say quietly and shifted my position to be comfortable.

Mint: "Well stop being used to it Kay because it makes me angry!" I snapped, stomping one foot against the ground as I unfolded my arms again. "I don't even care for your apologies anymore."

Kay: "Fine,"I muttered.

Mint: I grimaced and shook my head, "Say something more than fine Kay! Tell me why you left the room as soon as I told you why you had to leave. Which is a very important reason why."

Kay: "Cause everyone leaves,"I shrug. "Why does it matter?"

Mint: "It matters because I don't want to still be a kid, when you're fifty years old!" I answered, my voice becoming slightly louder. "It's not fair for me. I'm supposed to be older than you right now!"

Beatle: My lip wobbled. I had to go to the castle. I started to shake, my knees buckled. For a moment, it was completely silent. Then . . .
"FISHHYYYYYYYY!!!" I wailed, collapsing on the ground and screaming his name, pounding my fists and erupting with tears.
"Don'tgoI'msorrypleasedon'tbemadFISHY!" I breathe out and then cry more.
I was wrong! Why did I get him so upset? It was dumb! Now he hates me!

Juloon: To have found someone, love . . . Would I ever fall in love? I'd bet my eternity that I wouldn't. Sure, I had desires, but not the need for another person constantly in my life.
"It makes you utterly disgusting. Men are supposed to like women."
I clicked my sharp tongue and added, "Good, if you're staying here I'll know where to find you when I kill you."
Wait, dammit, I just admitted that I was leaving. I placed one hand on my hip and started to turn a bit more to the door.
Mine as well leave now, though.
"You two be careful where you go, though, because I'll find you one day," I hiss.
Lies. Asher will probably find some way to lock me away and make me "suffer". The though of it filled me with pleasure as I turned and headed out the door, to the castle.
So, I'd failed. But there was a reason. I never knew a reward came with failure. At an incredible speed, I began to race to the castle, life blurring by me, and as it neared into my view in the night, I could smell him. Asher. Nearby.
I heard a small child screaming for fish. It must have been starving, and I was tempted to stop and drink it so it would stop, but hung in the shadows and proceeded to the castle instead.

Kay: "Your more grown up than you think mint,"I say quietly.

Finn: I blinked and turned back around. "Beatle? Are you being serious?" I asked hesitantly before taking a small step forward.
What if this was going to be a mistake again? What if something goes wrong and I become an even worse person in his mind? Well...by the looks of the way he is now, I'm probably not all that bad...

Linden: I sucked in a breath when she walked out, "T-that was strange Arlo." I glanced at him and squeezed his hand tight. "We should get out of here quickly now. I don't want to be here if she comes back."

Mint: "I-it doesn't matter how old I act!" I wrapped my arms around myself, hugging my body tightly. "We already look like we're doing something wrong because you look older. B-but...I don't think it will last very long if you're 50 and I'm still 13."
