Brok: "Aww," I said and leaned in to kiss her.

Dakota: I laughed, but then kissed him back.

Brok: I smiled and licked the bottom of her lip.

Dakota: I smirked and parted my lips to his.

(Good Brokkoly, getting a hang of this kissing thing)

Brok: I stuck my tongue in her mouth, waiting for her to push back.

Dakota: I pushed back on his tongue, leaning over a little in the grass, my hand resting on his chest.

Brok: Okay, it'd probably be wrong to up her on top of me. And we were vertical. I really hoped nothing weird happened...

(*rolls eyes at brokkoly*)

Dakota: I felt him sort of...freeze. I instantly laid back on the grass, completely pulling away from him, and looking over at a tree or something. Just not him.

(HAHAHAHAHAA silly paranoid child.)

Brok: "Sorry," I said. "I just didn't want to take things too far too soon."

Dakota: "Right," I said quietly, geting to my feet. "I think it's time to go home, anyway."

Brok: I nodded. "Yeah, it's late." I took her hand and grinned. "Let's go."

Dakota: I didn't hold his hand, though, I pulled it away when he tried to take it. "Yeah. Let's." We started walking.

Brok: I sighed. Crap. I'd screwed up again. "What did I do now?"

Dakota: "Nothing, Brok," I snapped, but instantly felt guilty for it.

Brok: I sighed. "What did I do now?"

Dakota: "You just asked that. Nothing."

Brok: "Dakota, come on. Please don't lie to me..."

Dakota: I didn't say anything, just stared at the ground as we hiked back down.

Brok: "I screwed up again, didn't I?"

Dakota: "No, you did the /right/ thing..." But that's not what I wanted.

Brok: "Then why are you upset?"

Dakota: I shook my head. "I'll get over it."

Brok: I took her arm. "No, tell me now so I don't do it again."

Dakota: "No." I wiggled out of his grasp.

Brok: "Please, Dakota?"
