Dakota: "No."

Brok: "I'll tell everyone on live TV my name is really Brokkoly..."

Dakota: "No, that would be embarrassing."

Brok: I laughed. "Exactly. Come on, tell me."

Dakota; "No, it'd be embarrassing for everyone to know I was dating someone named after a vegetable," I stalled.

Brok: I laughed. "So you think it's embarrassing to date someone named after a vegetable? How do you think it's like to be named after one? And come on, you have to tell me."

Dakota: "No, I don't have to."

Brok: "Please? What if I had Brok bear ask you?"

Dakota: "No. And you don't have Brok bear, plus telling Brok bear something like this would be creepy."

Brok: "Then tell me."

Dakota: "No. Stop asking."

Brok: I sighed and shoved my hands in my pockets.

Dakota: I was quiet as we walked along.

Brok: Now the silence was awkward. This wasn't supposed to happen. What was I supposed to do now?

Dakota: I took out my phone and texted some of my friends, just not to be so awkward.

Brok: I really didn't know what to say now, and we were almost at the end of the trail. Great.

(D: jelsa being sneaky? and oh noes, they can't fight before he leaves *headdesk*)

Dakota: When we got back to where we'd left Dakota bear, I handed Brok the stuffed animal, then gave him a hug. "Bye Brokkoly," I said quickly before disappearing into the dark to go home.

Brok: "Dakota, wait!" I called to her. I really wished we could talk some more so I knew what I'd done wrong this time.

(because isn't there still a block on weekends?)

Dakota: Shoot. "Yeah?" I turned around reluctantly.

Brok: I walked up behind her and hugged her. "I'm not letting you go until you tell me what I did so I won't do it again."

Dakota: I laughed. "No, Brok. I'm not telling you. It was a stupid thing for me to get upset over, I don't even care anymore." Well, okay, that last part was kind of a lie.

(Yuhhh. Are you still joining the college chat, btw?)

Brok: I frowned. "If it was so stupid, then you should be able to tell me. You can tell me anything, you know."

(oh yeah I forgot xD are you guys in the restaurant by now?)

Dakota: "Okay...just not this time."

(Yup.)

Brok: I sighed. "Can you give me a hint?"

Dakota: "No. Besides, it won't happen again, anyway. So you don't have to worry about making the same 'mistake."
