Dakota: "It doesn't matter /that/ much," I decided. I pulled away and kissed his cheek, then took the flower from him. I turned inside, and started to walk to the kitchen. "Vase...vase...where do I have a vase...?"

Dakota: I nodded. "Good idea." I went to the cabinet and got a tall, glass cup, so it wouldn't wilt over. I filled it with water and plopped the flower in. "There."
