Sorcery: A Twist In Time

Grace: Tears fell faster down my cheeks. "My name is Grace," I took a deep breath unable to continue.

Drakes eyes widen as he spotted Autumn on the ground, he quickly pulled her up, holding her tightly against his chest. He looked back up at the girl and understanding filled him, knocking him speechless. he fell to his knees before her and bowed his head, knowing no words could say what he needed to say to her "I'm so sorry" he whispered

Grace: I smiled, the anger and sorrow falling from my mind. "That's all I ever wanted." I said softly. I glances over to where Blake had passed out. "Take care of him for me, will you? He's my brother, I need to know he'll be okay." I felt it, as the white light grew even brighter. I was going to blink out again, and this time I wasn't coming back.

"I-I promise" Drake vowed meeting her gaze. that face.. he couldn't believe he was seeing it again. tears found their way down his face, he stroked Autumns back, still trying to comfort her

Grave: I closed my eye and felt as if the last chains on my soul were falling away. My lips curled up in a smile as I saw what was ahead. I wasn't meant to stay here, my journey was long overdue. "Goodbye." I whispered knowing they would all hear. I lifted my arms up and the light enveloped me. I was free.

Drake remained silent, watching her dispate in awe. He turned toward Blake, "are you okay?"

Blake: I stared at where Grace had been with awe. Memories flashing through my head. My sister, my annoying, sarcastic, sister was gone. Again, just when I got her back. Tears slipped down my cheeks, I didn't bother to wipe them away. It was like she had died again, but...I closed my eyes and pictured the joy on her face. Somehow, I thought, I know she is happier like this.
"Yes," I told Drake finally. "I'm okay."

"good" he croaked, scanning the room. his eyes fell to artemis, she sat unmoving, staring ahead. she had that dead look in her eyes. the look of the broken "oh no" he breathed

Blake: I jumped at the bars when I saw what Drake was looking at. "Please! Let me out!" I begged. I needed her, Artemis. What would I do if I lost her? She was my hope, my love. "Please!"

Without thought he mentally unlocked blakes cells and unfastened artemis's bonds. he started at her in horror. he had done that to her...

Blake: I rushed over to her and pulled her into my arms. "It'll be okay." I whispered urgently. "Its all over, its all over."
I felt new tears running down my cheeks. Was I to lose everyone I cared for? "Please Artemis ...please be okay." I begged rocking her back and forth.

Artemis remained unresponsive in his arms, his cries made their way across the murky fog that filled her and she stirred ever so slightly.
Drake knelt down besides them, his head in his heads. "i'm so sorry" he repeated, over and over again. he placed a hand on her and she flinched, coming back to life "kill me" she whispered "I don't want it anymore, take it"
Drake looked at her in horror

Blake: "No, no, no, no." I cried. "Artemis, its over! He wont hurt you anymore." I held her closer. "Please Artemis, please....I love you."

Artemis stared at him dumbly, hiss words ring a very faint bell. "you.. love me?"

Blake: "Yes Artemis!" I said my voice unbelieving l. "I don't know when, but I fell in love with this amazing, talented, beautiful girl. And I can't go on without her, you. Please Artemis ..."

artemis looked away, refusing to meet his gaze. "you're delusional" and with that, the old artemis began to resurface again though the dead eyes stay the same. she was broken now... no amount of love confessions could fix that.
Drake sighed in relief

Blake: I laughed and leaned forward. "Prove it." I said repeating what I said earlier.

Artemis look around confused, " what happened?"

Blake: I smiled, "Love." I said softly. "Love fixed everything. Drake and Autumn are in love. It healed his heart. Their love helped Grace move past her emotions and on to new life. Our love, " I smiled down at her. "Our love caused it all."

Autumn: I cried as I clung to him. I cried beause he wasn't dead, I cried because of the kindness he had chosen, I cried becauase of just a lot of things. My body was shaking from the whole experiance still

(as much as something can make sense when running off of no sleep sorry for disappearing guys, I quite literally fell asleep at the screen XD )
Artemis sat quivering on her arms and burried her head in his shoulder, staring blanky ahead. Love have save the day, eh? As per usual, it miraculous 'fixing power seemed to skip over her.


Drake rocked autumn gently and stared to hum to her the song he had caught her signing earlier

Autumn: My sobs quieted to soft tears that still fell rapidly. I normally didn't cry like this, I didn't understand why I was crying so hard over him. I hadn't cried like this since I was tewlve. I closed my eyes, listening to his deep, gentle voice, shivers running down my spine. I smiled slightly and kissed his neck, my face and lips wet with tears.

Drake pulled her closer and kissed off her tears "are you okay?"
