Sorcery: A Twist In Time

Dan:
I look at Victoria, "Hey! I know you!" I say, "We were in the same cell when we got captured" I look at the fireball. My expression turns angry, I let out a snarl you would hear from only an angry animal. "Put. That. Out." I order, "Now!"

Nico:
I sit down at a strange place where I had seen people eating. In basic English I had seen the words, 'Diner' across the front. A woman walked over smiled at me and said, "May ah take yer order?" with a very strange accent(Southern).
I reply, "Whatever is recommended by the chef my good lady".
"Cheeseburger and frahs it is then" she says writing it down.
After finishing the meal that was surprisingly flavorful. The woman comes over and hands me a slip of paper. "Yer bill" she says by way of explanation, realizing I am from out of town since I had eaten the cheeseburger with a fork and knife.
"Will this cover it?" I ask pulling out three diamond shards. The glowing shards of diamond in the center caught her eye, her jaw dropped open.
"Yeah," she said, "that'll bout cover it"

(Explanation of shards: The currency in Alethkar, they are pieces of rare jewels encased in glass. They are usually filled with StormLight, they also offer a light source. The diamond, unusually, are the least valuable because they hold the least StormLight)

Victoria: I looked at Dan and I felt ackward. "Its human fire." I said looking at the other man. I turned and started to run.

Allen: I blinked, did I reply wrong? I searched through my limited knowledge of the human language, no I'm sure that was right. I glanced between the two. Maybe silence was expected.

Aliyah: I walked into the dinner and saw Jenna (the women). "Hey, Jenna!" I hollered.
"Yes?" she yelled back her eyes stuck on someones table.
"I'm taking your evening shift today, you can have mine tomorrow." Without waiting for a reply I walked into the back.

Victoria: I stopped and turned. "Wait! How did you do that?" I asked Dan.

Artemis murmured along with a dream and shifted, burrying her head in Blake neck to block out the sun

Blake: I didn't move, afraid I would wake her. She needed the sleep.

Victoria: I looked at the new guy. "What is your name?" I asked curiously.

Allen: I looked to her, "Allen." I thought for a moment and decided the polite reply. "And what is your name?"

Artemis yawned, slowly coming to. She frowned as she realized she was on a warm squishy surface. since when was her cell warm? Or squishy for that matter? She darted up

Victoria: "I am Victoria Jolene Blackwood."

Allen: I nodded, what a really long name. "Hello." I tilted my head hoping I had it right this time.

Blake: "Woah, whats wrong?" I asked grabbing Artemis.

A scream caught in artemis's throat as their freedom break came flooding back to her. She blinked hard "no..nothing..."

Blake: I looked at her sceptically, "Nothing?"

Artemis fell back into his arms "...ya" she croaked "nothing"

Blake: I frowned but let it go, "Sleep well?"

Victoria: "Hello" I said confused. "You can call my Victoria."

Allen: "Alright Victoria." I said nodding.

Victoria: I laughed. "Where are you from?" I asked keeping my distance.

Artemis nodded, looking up at him "you?"

Dan:
"The fire!" I bark between growls, "Get rid of it!"

Nico:
I didn't really know what to do now. Here I was in clothes that appeared to be strange for this world and everyone was staring. Why? I had no weapons I was trying to look as unthreatening as possible what was the problem.

Victoria: "I did darling." I snarled.

Dan:
"Make anymore fire and I'll tear your throat out!" I hiss. Usually I am good natured but if you are around one of the only two things in the wolrd that can kill you, you tend to be cautious.

Blake: I hesitated, "ya."

Allen: "I am from Kililite." I told her proudly.

Aliyah: I glances at the dude I headed tipped with diamonds. Sighing I decided I had to and took his food out to him.

Victoria: I laughed "Im not human sweetie. and what is kililite?"

Nico:
When she reaches me I politely ask, "Miss, if you please, where am I?"

Dan:
"Neither am I" I growl.
