"Forgive me if I am disturbing you," says Rose. Her voice is deep for a girl, but not especially so. "It is not often I have the pleasure of meeting another ghost. And a male one at that..."
Rose makes no secret of looking Andrew up and down and nodding appreciatively.

In the meantime, Lily is attempting to clog Liz's lungs with flies, purely out of malice, but it isn't working. They come within abotu eight inches of her face and drop out of the air, dead. A younger girl, Violet, steps out from behind a tree trunk.
"I told you not to hurt people," she pouts. "And you promised. You lied."
Lily looks around at the thirteen-year-old, her face expressing a slowly mounting horror. It is hard to say which is most distressing: Lily, or her reaction to Violet.

"Um...hi?" said Liz, calming down a bit. She turned to the thirteen year old, "I've dealed with alot of ghosts, I'm okay. I'm Liz."

Andrew looked kind of uncomfortable, he cast his brillant blue eyes downward. "It's no problem, Miss." he said, his irish accent relevant in his voice.

Violet just stares at her for a moment. "Violet," she says, point ing at herself. She points at Lily "Lily."

Rose isn't good at social cues, as these ghosts rarely interatc properly with the living. She stands closer to Andrew, to the closeness where he can smell the faint scent of roses that always surrounds her.

((Rose sounds a bit pathetic, what with her 'flower-power', but she does actually kill at least one character solely due to side-effects of being possessed by her.))

"My name's Andrew Johnson," he muttered, the smell of roses was lovely and overpowering at the same time. He was quite uncomfortable with all this attention. "May I ask yours?"

Liz stuck out her hand, "Nice to meet you."

Violet shakes Liz's hand. "Hello."
Lily merely hisses and spews up more foetid mud.

Rose steps closer to Andrew again, attempting to slip an arm around his waist. "I am Rose Wallestoft."

"Are you okay?" asked Liz, turning to Lily. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Rose slip her arm around Andrew. Jealousy and fury, flashed in her eyes but she calmly hide it with only a tinge of pink in her cheeks.

"Um...Miss Wallestoft...may I ask what you're doing?" said Andrew, some what uncomfortably. He semi enjoyed the attention but he didn't want Liz to get the wrong idea. That would mean her running to Ezra.

Lily attempts to leap at Liz, slashing at her eyes. Before she can even make contact, Violet merely glares at her, hurling her several metres through the air. "I said don't. Please forgive my sister. She is a shadow of herself, and will be until our murderer is laid to rest."

Tendrils of rose stalks burst out of the ground and crawl towards Andrew's legs. Rose drops the flowers and seizes his head in both of her hands.
"What do you think I'm doing?" she murmurs right into his ear.

"Murdered? By who?" asked Liz.

"Miss...Er...Rose...I'm sorry to say but I'm taken," said Andrew, as politly as he could. This girl was brash, not that he minded...in a way.

"The walking man," says Violet. "He killed us all and hid our bodies in the grounds. Two of us were hidden under the floorboards."

"I think we have rather more pressing concerns," says Rose, nibbling his ear. She places both of her hands flat on his chest.

Oh wow, even this was to much for him. He started to pull away but Rose's grip was like a snake.

"Why did he do it? And where did he-" Liz turned around, only to see Rose and Andrew. "What are you doing?!"

"I don't know," says Violet. "Something about the family fortune. And I wouldn't interfere if I were you. Rose isn't as bad as Lily, but when she gets obsessed with a boy it isn't safe."
Violet tugs on Liz's arm and looks nervous.

Meanwhile, Rose's roses have entwined themselves around Andrew's shins. Rose herself slips her hands inside his shirt, not caring for his struggling.

Andrew was turned bright red, she was under his shirt now?! He struggled, trying to pull away.

"But...she...him...me...?! He's mine." Liz said firmly.

"Don't," hisses Violet. "I cannot control both of my sisters at once. And Rose is terrifyingly powerful."

"You are mine now," croons Rose, kissing Andrew's neck.

((Here's an idea: why not give Andrew a taste of power? My ghosts have no apparent limit to their power, it just manifests in different ways depending on their personality and how they died etc. Perhaps Andrew could temporarily gain the same level of power. After all, we are in a strange place where normal rules are a little warped.))

(Sure...he can do some things....but what should I do?)

"You'd be surprised what I can do," muttered Liz. "HEY YOU!" she shouted to Rose.

((I don't know enough about him. How did he die? Does he have any obsessions?))

Lily drags herself out of the mud and stumbles towards Liz. Violet again knocks her to the ground, where she decomposes into a mass of writhing worms.
"You shouldn't do this," pouts Violet. "She's going to hurt you."

Rose hasn't even noticed Liz yet. She is too busy playing with Andrew.
"Undeath is most certainly a lonely place, isn't it?" she whispers, walking all around him, so close that her long legs brush against his, and she keeps both hands on him at all times.

(He died of hypothermia. He came from ireland. Haven't given him obsessions. I'm pretty sure if anyone attacked Liz, he'd flip out.)

Liz looks furious, she asked angrily."Why is she doing this?"

"Not really. Well sometimes," said Andrew thoughtfully, still trying to escape.

((Perhaps icicles or something would be how he manifests his power primarily.))

"Because she has been dead for one hundred and five years, and has spent the whole time thinking about boys," explains Violet.

"I'm glad you agree," Rose says sensuously.

"Andrew's been dead for nintey-nine," said Liz.

"But...aren't we...moving a little fast here?" said Andrew nervously.

"After a hundred years?" asks Rose. "Nothing is too fast."

"Then he must have some idea how it feels," says Violet. "It's different for me."

"How is it different for you?" asked Liz.

"But we just met...and you seem very nice but...." stammered Andrew.

"One hundred years," hisses Rose. "I don't care any more."

"I was thirteen when I died," says Violet. "I don't have the same... drives as Rose."

"Ah," said Liz, understanding what she meant.

"So?" said Andrew, raising an eyebrow. "It's been almost a century for me too. In fact, one year off a century. I've been here for a total of a hundred and fifteen years."
