Intoxication (the band)

Meli: "I'm not sure...I made it up. I guess it's the Meli Flower."

Evan: I laughed. "Hm. I see. I haven't seen any flowers like it before, so I guess that makes sense."

Meli: I smiled, he had a nice laugh. "Mmhmm. It's probably a combination of a bunch of different ones...I just can't say which."

Evan: I pointed. "That petal looks like a rose petal."

Meli: I tilted my head and narrowed my eyes, then nodded. "You're right, it does. And that one -" I pointed "looks like a tulip petal."

Evan: "And I guess the stem looks like a daisy stem."

Meli: "Mmhmm." I nodded.

Evan: "Well, looks like you're a pretty decent artist," I said. "When did you start drawing?"

Meli: I shrugged. "I don't think of myself as an artist, these are just my doodles. So I don't know when."

Evan: "Oh," I said. "Well, it's a pretty cool doodle..." Why did I bother talking? I was so bad at it. Ugh.

Meli: I smiled at him. "Thank you."

Evan: "Sure," I mumbled, going back to my physics notes. Ugh. I hated this class.

Meli: I sighed. I guess it was a successful conversation.
