The Academy Is...

Drew watched a girl run around the lake. he could hear her music when she passed him.

Leada stopped a couple feet away from a guy and pulled her earbuds out of her ear. "The water's beautiful, isn't it?" she asked him, trying to catch her breath. She looked out over the small lake, loving the way the sun made it sparkle.

"It's arlight," Drew shrugged and watched the sparkling water. "Whatcha listening to?" He motioned to her ear buds and offered a small smile at his attempt to make some small talk. Something he was never quite good at.

Leada pulled her Zune out from her pocket and checked her playlist. "Right now, it's Bowling for Soup." She smiled at him, laughing slightly at the name.

Mleh, my other charaters aren't going to be used that much... I can tell.

You can bring them in. I can make a couple more. I have a few ideas.

Drew nodded. "Saw them live once." He shrugged and looked out at the water again.

Leada smiled slightly. "Lucky," she murmured.

Personality:out going and acting. Always training or studying, trying to be the best she can.

Willow took a running start before trying to shift into a cheetah. She got part way, but her powers couldn't make it. She was forced to de-morph and landed on the ground roughly and rolled until she was at someones feet (preferably Kal, but could be anyone). "Ouch." SHe muttered to her self.

Drew shrugged. "It was a while ago. And they were only alright."

Leada turned to him, her eyes wide. "Only alright? Are you mental? These guys are....are..." She made a face, grasping for words. "Amazing!" So it wasn't the best word to describe them. Oh, well, she thought. She would of had to make up a new word to get it right.

Powers/species: He can pick up on the emotions of others. He can't control them though. But he's trying.
Personality: James likes to mess around, but he knows when to stop. Sure, he can be an ass (like when he gets drunk) but that's not much.
Other: A 'friend' of his gave him the scar at a high school graduation party a year ago. James told hiim that his girlfriend was cheating on him (He knew because he picked up on the guilt she was feeling) and his 'friend' automattically thought it was him. He broke the glass bottle they were drinking from and cut James with it. He came to the academy a couple weeks after.

Drew shrugged and messed with teh water at his feet. "Just not my style i guess."

Kal's nose crinkled slightly. "Good god! Watch we're you're going," he mumbled, shaking his head in slight disgust. He knew girls were falling at his feet, but not literally.

Arcadian stood quietly and determined, tugging at her locker. She had gotten one that stuck, but the fear of keeping it loose and having her stuff stolen repelled her from keeping the door cracked. She sighed and kicked the locker, turning her back to it.

Willow rolled his eyes at him and forced herself to her feet. She brushed off her clothing and ran her hand through her hair. "Sorry. Just trying to get better. It isnt really working."

Dimitri walked down the halls silently and saw someone struggling with her locker. "Need help?" He asked her, walked down the hall to her locker where she stood.
