Artemis smiled softly, whating the passion dance across his face as he talked about the life of a gypsie "the second I am able, I'll be getting out I your hair. I do appreciate it though. Thank you"

James: i looked at her shocked. "What do you mean?" I asked watching her. "I thought you said you wanted to be a gypsy? Mother's already fixing you new garments."

New garments? Longing filled her. "I couldn't impede" artemis replied, remembering the manners she was raised with

James: I stared at her. "You can't what?" I hadn't heard that word before. It was an odd word.

Artemis paused, slightly shocked he didn't know the word "I could'nt burden you goes like that" she clairified.

James: "Oh. Gotcha." I watched her for a moment. "It wouldn't...impead." I said trying out the word. It felt weird on my tongue and I decided not to use it again unless I absolutely had to. "We have room."

Artemis's eyesight blurred as a dizzy spell hit her. She paused for a moment trying to gather herself "oo..okay" she managed "it's a gypsies life for me then?"

James: I chuckled and dabbed her forehead with a cool rag. "If you want it, it's yours."

Artemis shivered and her eyes began do droop "I do want it" she mumbled "I want it very much"

James: I smiled and pulled a blanket over her and watched her. "As soon as you're well, I will teach you to dance."

"I l'd like that" artemis whispered, sleep approaching her. A thought dawn on her and her eyes flew open as she flimsily gripped his shirt " please don't leave me.." her weak grip tightened as she stared up at him, her gray eyes pleading " please?"

James: I looked down at her and chuckled. "I'm not going anywhere. I promise." My eyes softened and I brushed the hair from her face. "Just rest Artemis."

Artemis nodded, her face paling from the execration " okay" she mumbled, her breathing shallow as she drifted off

James: I watched her sleep and looked up at Mother as she came bustling back in. "What can I do to help her heal?"
"Just keep applying the herbs. I'm not a mirical worker."
"Yes ma'am." I turned back to Artemis and sighed, grabbing a jar of ointment and rubbing it on her throat, doing my best to get past the high collar to put it on the top of her chest. It would help her breathing. I then took another ointment, and went to applying it to her wounds.

Artemis drifted in and out of her fevered dreams. The muzzle pressed up against her kept making it's way through

James: I slid onto the bed next to her, scooting her over slightly. I then pressed my fingers to her neck to keep track of her pulse, and fell asleep next to her, sleeping very lightly.

a muzzle was cocked and raised at Him.
"no!" not him, shoot anyone but him.
She leapt forward
Flash. Bamm
Pain.

Artemis gasped, coming to. Sweat poured off her body and everything hurt. She squeezed her eyes shut, trying to block it out

James: I stirred and woke up, grabbing the wet cloth I dabbed the sweat from off her face. "You ok?"

"fine" she gasped blushing as she noticed they were on the same bed

James: I looked down at her noticing the color in her cheeks. It took me a minute to realize I was the cause of it. I smiled at her and grabbed a cup of water. "Want something to drink?"
