Daggerhorn..

Megan: I nodded and turned trying to ignore him. He scared me and stood there like a idiot. I started to hum and dance again. I turned around and around I felt like I was on air.

Henry: "what's your name?" I asked watching her, unable to take my eyes off her.

James: I gave a small smile. "It's alright. We've managed. That's why we have camp Mothers and Fathers. When things like that happen, they take on whatever was left behind."

Artemis frowned, "still..."she looked around "how are you feeling?

Megan: I kept dancing but answered. "Megan... what about you?"

James: I looked over at her. "I feel better." I searched her face and gently reached up, brushing what was left of her tears from her cheeks. "Angels shouldn't cry." I murmered

Henry: "Henry." I watched her and moved over to her. "Mind if I dance with you?" I asked, music starting from a band that was sitting by the river bank.

Megan: I laughed and nodded. I started to dance to the music. I felt alive.

Henry: I chuckled and went to her, taking her in my arms and began to dance with her.

Megan: I laughed softly and danced. We danced and danced. I laughed and hummed to the music.

Henry: I chuckled as I watched her, and then caught her as she spun towards me, my hands on her hips. I looked down into her eyes, mezmerized. This wasn't how things were suppose to go, how life was suppose to happen. There is no such things as happy endings, or love at first sight. Or so I thought. I couldn't decide what I was feeling for this girl, but it was definatly odd, and against my normal conduct. I let her go, took a step back, bowed slightly, then turned and walked back towards camp.

Artemis tilted her head "you're deliousional, i'm no angel" she sighed, her skin tingling from his touch

Megan: I watched him go and felt empty. I wanted to tell him not to go but my words were stuck in my mouth. I began to laugh like a little girl and twirl again. I felt happy.

Henry: I went to help dispose of the wolf carcus, needing to get my mind of the girl. Megan. She was beautiful....ack! not helping.

James: i watched her closely. "You are my angel." I murmered, my fingers trailing down her neck before I put my hand back onto the bed, my eyes closing.

Megan: I went back to the tent and watched Henry move everything. I could smell his skin and his warm eyes.

Artemis's shin tingled from his touch, her parents would be so horrified right now. Slipping her hand in his she tucked a stray hair out of his eyes "sleep" she murmered "you need rest"

Henry: We put it in a pile, and lit it on fire. It was the easiest way to dispose of things without drawing more predators. I watched the fire, the shadows it created that danced across the grass. My jaw was set, taunt as I remembered how my parents had died by the hands of a wolf only last year.

James: I didn't need to be told twice. My breathing evened out as I slowly slid into a dreamless sleep, that quickly turned into one of nightmares.

Megan: I watched Henry and I couldnt help but smile. I felt warm when I saw him. I heard music play and I sighed I always couldnt help but dance. It was a slow song and my movement s where slow and graceful.

Henry: I saw something out of the corner of my eye and so I casually glanced at it and ended up doing a double take. It was Megan. She was dancing again. I watched her, my eyes looking her over, enjoying the site without disgracing her. Of course, I was gentlemanly about the whole thing.

Megan: I danced and hummed to the song. I twirled and fell to to the floor. I felt tears come to my eyes. I missed Adam and how he was my big brother.

Artemis studied his face, he really was hansom. Goodess, she's fallen for a gypsie. Her eyes fell to his bare chest and she blushed, returning her gaze back to his face. He looked troubled

James: "Take care of your brother and sister James!"
"Mom? Mom! Come back!" big people were dragging her towards some pile of wood. I didn't know if they were playing with it, trying to build a castle, or what. But then I saw dad.
"Mommy!" Screamed Sariah, but I kept hold of her. Samuel was crying in Mother's arms. I looked up at her, she had tears rolling down her face. And then I saw the fire and heard the screams.

I jolted awake, gasping, my body covered in sweat. My head hit the pillows heavily, my eyes closing again as I realized it was just a dream.


Henry: I saw the tears come to her eyes and I frowned and walked over, sitting by her. "Is everything alright?"

Megan: I shook my head. "No... Why did you leave me?" I asked him.

Henry: "I had to finish my task." I said as convinsingly as I could. What was I suppose to say? 'you are beautiful and I felt feelings for you so I had to walk away because I'm a cold hearted wretch?'
