Lark chuckled and lay a hand on the kicking. "Hello little one."

Josie looked at Sam's sleeping form and decided to try and slip from his hold. Sh began wiggling out of his arms.

Artemis's hands fluttered to cradle her stomach. She watched james sleep, silent for a moment as a question wormed it's way into her thoughts. "And what of my baby? Will it bare it's fathers curse?"

The woman shook her head. "Not unless it has been bitten. Then it will be a strong wolf. It will be able to talk to the wolf though because it has that blood in it's veins."

The kicking stoppped for a moment and then pressed back against his hand.

Henry held her close and sighed.

Sam stirred and woke up. "What are you doing?" he asked eyeing Josie

Artemis swallowed hard and nodded. her eyes became desperate as she grasped the women hands in, what she meant to be, a firm grip; but was flimsy non the less "promise me something? if I don't.. make it.. would you look after my husband and baby? please?"

Megan looked at him and said "What would you do if I was pregnant?" She asked softly.

Lark grinned and kept his hand in place. "How are you doing in there?" He asked softly. Their child.

The old woman's face softened as she watched her and patted her hand. "You will make it child. But of course. I've been watching over him since he was a small lad. I wouldn'ta be stoppin now." She gave her a small smile.

Henry looked down at her. She couldn't be pregnant. Could she? "I would take care of you and the child." He said simply.

It's fingers spread out and pressed against him before kicking his hand again.

"I don't think so." Sam growled and made her lay still, sitting on top of her. "It's cold out there and you wouldn't last a minute."

Megan looked at him and said "Okay..." She whispered. She felt her hand go to his face and she placed it on his cheek.

Josie muttered under her breath and squirmed underneath him. "Ugh!" She muttered giving him a shove and watching as it didn't do a thing to move him.

Lark chuckled and placed his other hand next to the first. "I'm betting that was a yes."

Artemis nodded and slumped, fatigue and light headed-ness rolling through her. So should probably eat, but she couldn't even stand the thought of food right now. "thank you" she murmured

"Of course." The old woman replied as she tucked her in and tended to her while James was asleep.

Sam chuckled as he stared down at her.

There was a pause of movement, and then both hands pressed against both of Lark's.

Henry watched her curiously. "why?" He asked after a moment.

Josie glared at him and pushed harder.

Lark gasped a little then chuckled. "You're an active little baby that's for sure."

Megan shrugged "I was just thinking about it..." She sat up and stood. She looked down at her stomache and sighed. She wanted children but myabe not now...

Artemis tried to stay awake, but drifted off soon after, one hand on her stomach, the other grasping james's shirt

James had wrapped an arm around Artemis in his sleep and the old woman smiled saddly at the couple and walked away.

Henry watched her carefully.

It opened and closed it's hands a few times and then the hands disapeared and were replaced by a lump, the body.

Sam watched her with an amused look and shook his head. "Nope."

((not really ha, I'm just more tired. Yesterday I fell asleep in the sun and it drained me haha and I got an uneven tan >.> I have this farmers tan that I've had since freshman year and now the left side is darker than the right side))

Artemis winced in her sleep, the baby moving and shifting uncomfortably

Megan got dressed and sighed "Maybe that wasnt such a good idea." She whispered. She didnt want to turn around and see his face.

Josie gave up and looked at him with puppy dog eyes. "Please......"

Lark smiled, "Aren't you neat." He rubbed the figure and smiled broader.

Henry watched her carefully, steeling his heart for her to say 'I don't love you.' "what do you mean?" he asked.

The lump seemed to cuddle Lark's hands.

James brought her a little closer, almost as if he could sense her discomfort and wanted to make it better.

Megan sighed "Maybe us...making love wasnt the best idea..." She whispered. She loved him with all of her but... she didnt know what to do..

Josie growled under her breath and started struggling again. "You're stubborn."

Lark relaxed with his hands against the shape. "Love you already." He whispered.

The baby move again and sent a sharp pain through Artemis's side. She gasped and shot up, clutching her stomach
