Daggerhorn..

James glanced down at her and nodded. "Just thought I'd take a walk." He said, gently brushing the hair from her face. "How are you?"

Artemis traced his chest, lost in it's feel. "very well, thanks" she smiled, closing her eyes happily

James chuckled and smiled as he watched her, kissing the top of her head. He debated slipping out of his clothes again, but decided he'd just wait.

Artemis slid up to him, her body laying over his, and fell back into a deep peaceful sleep.

James held her close, smiling as he closed his eyes. He wasn't all that tired, but was tired enought that he fell asleep as well.

The morning sun broke through Artemis's lid and she stirred, please to still find herself in his arms. She kissed his chest sleepily and yawned

James stirred slightly, only to jolt into an upright position and look around wide eyed. His heart was racing from a nightmare he'd been having. He glanced down and notice Artemis was still there, and ran a hand through his hair, laying back down, blinking a few times in an attempt to clear his mind.

"You okay?" Artemis asked, stroking his face to sooth him

James wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close, trying to get his breathing even and his heart under control. "Ya. Ya I'm fine. J-just a dream." he muttered, not sounding very convinsed himself.

Artemis sighed and slipped her hand up under his shirt, trying to sooth him "wanna talk about it?" she kissed his nose

James closed his eyes, his body shuddering slightly at her touch. "Just a bad dream is all." He muttered and gathered her up in his arms and burried his face in her neck.

Artemis wrapped her arms around his neck "wanna good dream to help conteract it?" she smiled


*wow, I haven't be able to spell lately

James chuckled and watched her. "Alright, and how do you suppose we do that?"

Artemis smirked slipping off his pesky shirt "go feed the horses?" she schouched closer

James shrugged, "I could, but it seems I just lost my shirt." he chuckled as he held her close and kissed her forehead.

Lark sat up and looked around. "Sariah?" He found his clothes and went outside.

Sariah was getting a drink and rinsing out her mouth, her face looking a little pale. She saw Lark and gave him a small smile, then went back to rinsing out her mouth.

Lark frowned and walked up next to her, "You okay?"

Sariah nodded, wrapping the blanket tighter around her and blushed slightly. "Ya, lets go back to the tent though. I didn't get a chance to get clothes on." She muttered and scurried inside and crawled into the bed, still wrapped in her blanket.

Lark laughed and followed her in. Placing himself next to her he wrapped an arm around HR shoulders and pulled her close.

Sariah smiled as she cuddled next to him and sighed, resting her head against his chest. "You will never guess what happened." She muttered, her cheeks turning bright red again.

"humm. what a shame" Artemis sigh, nuzzling his neck

Lark raised a brow, "What?"

James chuckled and held her close, his skin coming alive as she touched it. "Yes, it is." He said as he rubbed small circles on her back.

"when I was out there, my brother saw me." Sariah muttered, her cheeks turning a darker shade of red, still cuddling next to him. "He said I better get you to marry me at least if we're going to be doing things like this."

Artemis gave a blissful sigh, fire running through the places he touched. "can we stay here forever"
