Daggerhorn..

James sighed. "I wish we could." He murmered and kissed her head again, holding her tight, parts of his nightmares haunting him again.

"Well..." she kissed him down his neck "we could...." her fingers hooked his pants playfully "just don't know what the others would say about it"

James smiled down at her, raising a brow. "Should we try and see what happens?" he chuckled.

Artemis gave an annoyed tug at his pants "clothes are overrated" she dwindled off

James chuckled and easily stripped them off. "Better?" He asked as he wrapped his arms around her, holding her tight.

Artemis pulled him over her and wrapped her legs around him "much" she grinned, happiness practically bursting from her

James chuckled and kissed her gently, their bodies becoming a tangled mass beneath the covers.

Pure pleasure radiant from Artemis and she she gripped him even tighter, never wanting him to let go, never wanting him to stop.
So this was what heaven was like? huh.. She could stay there forever and be content, but apparently her stomach couldn't
After one rather passionate moment, her stomach let out a snarl

James pulled back and looked down at her and chuckled. "Hungry?"

Artemis sighed and clung to him, her body suspended in the air as she refused to let go "unfortunately"

James chuckled and rolled to the side and reached into a small basket and handed her a roll. "How's that?"

artemis propped herself up, still refusing to extracting herself from him. She took a small bite and brought the roll to his mouth, offering him a bite of his own "better"

James chuckled and shook his head. "No thank you." He said watching her, brushing the hair gently from her face.

Artemis finished off the roll and settled back down on him"this is the life" she murmured

James chuckled as he held her, taking a deep breath and closing his eyes. "It is." he murmered.

Artemis took a deep breath, inhaling his wonderful scent as she traced the planes of his chest

James flipped her over and kissed her, pressing into her, tangling himself in her with probably more passion and energy than in the whole time they'd been there, not stopping until she had passed out. He sighed and kissed her one more time before pulling out and away and getting dressed. He brushed her cheek gently, and then disapeared out of the tent. He had to talk to Mehina. She was the camp's wise woman. He was feeling odd, more odd than usual and he had to figure out what it meant, if it meant anything.

Wow, just wow. Artemis was in such bliss her dreams revolved around one word- wow. Good luck getting her to get out of bed from now own, James's body was like a drug, and she was thoroughly addicted

By the time he got done talking with Mehina his face was pale and he couldn't go back to the tent. He sat down beneath one of the trees, noticing that the cold was effecting him more than usual, making his whole body shudder. He felt his bones begin to ache, but he couldn't move to make it stop. He just sat there..feeling mortified. He was cursed...
He desperately wanted to go back to Artemis and have her tell him that it was all going to be ok, that everything was ok. But he couldn't. His body continued to ache and he felt his form begin to give, and he ran off into the forest.

Artemis awoke, her body screaming at her for more of the pleasure of james's touch. She rolled over, intent on obeying its command but stopped short as she realized james's warm form was not besides her. her eyes flew open and she wrapped the blanket tight around her unclothed body. Where did he go? she scrambled to dress, fear that he left her flowing through her

James sat on the edge of the forest, his body shaking viciously, his mind screaming at him to get somewhere warm. But the aching of his bones prevented him from even moving.

((I'm going to barrow an idea from the book Shiver. They only change during the cold months and are perfectly fine during the summer months. But in winter they have to change. Once their body gets to cold, they can't help it.))

Artemis bursted from the tent, her hair a mess and her clothes askew, but she didn't care. She stumbled through the makeshift village, searching desperately for james

"Artemis!" James found himself calling out, the pain rushing through him, his bones cracking.

Artemis's head snapped toward the sound of his voice, the pain in it sent shivers down her spine and drove her body into a full out run towards him"James!" She screamed, falling in by his side and supporting his trembling shoulders

"I'm so sorry." James groaned as his body shuttered, his form shifting until he was a large grey wolf, whimpering as he laid there.
