Daggerhorn..

Sariah continued to heave until black spots started to obscure her vision. When she was finally done she gave a small weak nod, looking, and feeling, as though she were going to faint.

Artemis nodded, only partly believing his words "shall I grab a healer?" the baby kicked, as if echoing her words

James shook his head slightly. "Nah, I'll be fine." He said gently, his hand rubbing her stomach.

Artemis closed her eyes happily, feeling like a cat as she stretched out in pleasure as he massaged her swollen stomach. Man he knew her soft spots "you sure?" she murmured

"Yes, I'm sure." James said with a smile as he watched her, pushing away the dull throbbing pain that was in the background of his mind.

Artemis opened an eye "will you be well enough to travel with the next group?" she asked, worry filling her

James thought about it for a moment and gave a small nod. "I can be better by then." he murmered, deciding it would be best to just push away his pains so that he could get her away from this place.

She scooted up to his face "you sure?" she asked, her eyes an inch from his as she dared him to try and lie

"When does it leave?" he asked as he watched her so he could calculate how long he'd have until the group left.

"A week I do believe" She replied, continuing to hold his gaze

With a frown Lark swung her up into his arms and walked towards their tent. After a few steps he changed his mind and turned towards the healers tents.

Sariah leaned against Lark, to tired to really care where they were going. The black spots took over her vision and she passed out.

James nodded. "I can be better by then."

Lark brought her into the tent, trying not to panic. "Sariah, she just passed out." He told the healers.

The healers took her and laid her down, checking her over and making sure everything was alright. "Anything else besides just passing out? Vomiting? Anything, wants for certain foods?"

Artemis frowned and nodded, "okay then, second group it is"

"I'm sorry we didn't get to go with the first one." James said as he looked down at her.

Artemis kissed his nose again, "s'not your fault!" she wrapped herself around him even tighter

James smiled as he watched her, wrapping his arm around her. His body protested, but it wasn't anything he couldn't shrug off.

Artemis grinned, a glint in her eyes "so...exactly how... Injured are you?" she kissed the hallow of his throat

James raised a brow and watched her. "On a scale of what?" he asked with a smirk.

Looks: Blonde hair, medium green eyes, angular face. He’s fairly tall and muscular, though it’s not overly noticeable. He has a scar across his cheek, under his right eye, shaped sort of like a hook.
Occupation: He works as a blacksmiths apprentice

Age: 17
Looks: Long, caramel brown hair that has a slight curl and large, doe-like blue eyes. She has full peach lips and fair skin. She stands around 5’6”. She’s fairly thin and looks fragile, but she is resilient and strong.
Occupation: She normally helps Mehina with things.

Artemis chuckled and kissed his navel "one" she moved up and kissed his chest "to ten"

James's body shuddered slightly, tingling happily. "with one being the worst? 7." He said as he watched her.

Artemis grinned, moving closer, "oh dear, that's still too high.. guess you should just rest..." she went to slip off him

James didn't let her slide off as he watched her, a small smile on his face. "You're a terrible tease." he grumbled and kissed her gently.
