Golgotha: Helheim's Gate

"Only until you eat on your own." Dalton said putting more food in her mouth.

Zoe growled and ate the food. "Why?"

"because you need to eat." Dalton offered her more

Zoe pouted, "I'm full."

Dalton shook his head. "Finish this." he said holding it to her. "Or I'll keep feeding you."

Zoe glared at him and took it, "I'm full." She wrinkled her nose as she lifted the food to her lips.

"Eat." Dalton repeated as he stared at her, unwilling to let the subject drop.

A small crease formed on her forehead as she took a bite, almost spitting it back out. She really didn't want to eat. But looking at his face, she decided she might as well, he wasn't going to let up if she knew that look. So she ate.

Dalton smiled and relaxed as he watched her eat. she had gotten way skinny since he had last saw here and he didn't like it.

Zoe glared at him as she finished, feeling stuffed and uncomfortable. "Happy?" She moved on the cot, irritably, she didn't like the feeling of her stomach being crowded with food.

Dalton chuckled and nodded. "Yes, I am." He watched her carefully, still unable to get past the fact that she was still alive. Still here.

Zoe pulled herself off the cot and walked across the room. Since she was not going to be able to sleep she might as well work. She started towards the back room, figuring Dalton would follow if he wanted to.

Jack raises his cane and starts walking. "Come along! We don't want to be late, do we?"

Myst: I smiled. "Thank you so much! If there's anything i can do for you, please, let me know." i said politely, entering the building. I didnt bother them any further, finding a quiet, dry, semi-clean corner and sitting down, leaning back against the wall, eyes closed. I wasnt sleeping, just resting, meditating, gathering my thoughts and focus, trying to form a plan.

"Late?" Autumn asked, waiting till he was infront of her before she followed him. She'd be damned before she turned her back to him again.

Dalton watched with curiosity and followed Zoe, glancing at the girl in the corner who seemed to be asleep.

Myst: I felt eyes on me, and my own silver-gray eyes blinked open. I smiled a little at the guy whose name i still did not know, and went back to my meditating.

Zoe went to the back room that looked to be in much better shape then the front. The wood was new and not falling from the walls. The floor had an old.carpet on it instead of just concrete and so on. She went over to the corner where she had sat her stolen cans of paint and started painting the unfinished wall a navy blue color.

Dalton stared at the room, his mouth dropping open. "Zoe, what is this?"

Zoe shrugged, "I've been working. All you guys were always talking about fixin' the place up...."

Dalton watched her and gave a small smile. "What can I help with?"

Zoe pointed to a stack of wood in the corner. "I was gonna make this a bedroom, see if you can make a real bed using that." She said then went back to painting.

Dalton shrugged and did as he was told, looking for a hammer and some nails.

Zoe finished painting the walls and pulled two chairs into the room and balancing on the tops of them to paint the ceiling white.

Jack leads her back to the town.
"The guards will be changing shortly. That is when you will get back in there."

Autumn raised a brow and did her best not to scoff at his thoughts of her going back into town, but then again, how else did she plan to work with him? She sighed and ran a hand through her long hair, shaking it out. "Am I going in alone then? Or am I walking in with you?"
