Dalton -

He picked her up and set her on one of the makeshift beds and shook her gently. "Zoe?"

Zoe's eyes fluttered open. "You're dead." She said aloud.

((On my phone for a out 30-45mins so I'll reply slow))

Dalton shook his head. "No, no I'm not." He took her hand and put it on his wildly beating heart.

((it's ok, i have to go soon again for another hour. I'm just eating lunch so I thought I'd pop in for a minute))

Zoe was still for a moment. " But, but," her eyes filled with tears. "You died." She didn't move afraid he'd disappear. She felt the heart beating beneath her hand and began to sob. She had to be dreaming.

Dalton pulled her into a hug, holding her close. "No, no Zoe I'm not. I promise I'm not. If you cut me right now, I'd bleed just like you do."

Zoe held him, burying her head in his shoulder and starting to sob. He was alive. She wasn't alone. Dalton was alive.

As she stands, Jack twists in a sudden motion, pinning her to the ground. After a moment he stands up.
"That was the first lesson. Nevr. Trust. Anyone."
He smirks.
"Least of all Jack."

Autumn growled and as soon as he was up, her legs wrapped around his, twisting, and flipping him to the ground, his head barely missing a tree. "Do that again and I swear i'll shoot you." she growled at him, holding her gun out at him. "At least wait until I'm done healing or you won't have anyone to help you."

Dalton held her, making soothing noises in an attempt to calm her.

(*tackles* TAYLOW!!!!!))

Zoe finally looked up at him, calm enough to get angry. She slapped him. "Where have you been? I thought you were dead Dalton. For a year. I thought you were dead...." The tears started falling again.

((eep! *gets tackled*))

Dalton looked at her a little shocked, but didn't care to much. He was just happy she was still alive. "I-I thought I had died too. But then I woke up in some guy's house three towns away and he made me work for him until I was better and then I came here to look for you, or at least any news of what might have happened to you."

Zoe was still angry............
"Why didn't you send any letters, something....." She tried to stop the tears, they were giving her a headache.

Dalton watched her and wiped her tears away. "I didn't remember anything for the first few months, and you know i can't really write Z." He sighed and hugged her close.

Zoe laughed softly and let him hug her, loving the fact her was really here. "And I can't read so I guess its a good thing you didn't write...."

Dalton smiled widely and stroked her hair. "How have you been, Zoe?"

Zoe didn't know how to answer that. She couldn't eat most of the time, she wasn't even sure how she was still alive and hadn't staved yet. She got barely any sleep and cried all the time. "I've been fine."

Dalton raised a brow at her and shook his head laughing. He grabbed his satchel and handed it over to her. "eat something you little twig."

"I'm not hungry." She muttered but took the bag anyway.

"Eat." Dalton demanded, his dark blue eyes pleading.

Zoe pulled a few things from the bag and sniffed, her stomach growled. "It smells disgusting." She complained. It smelled like food......

"Eat." He put it to her lips.

Dalton found himself standing outside the old, run down building. He sighed as he walked in a little cautiously. It was dead quiet. Empty. Like a hallow shell of what use to be. He winced as the memories of the place danced through his mind.

Height: Again, not good with the numbers... above 6 foot, pretty tall, but im not sure how much over 6 foot he is...
Weight: Garrrr.... again, i dont know, but slightly underneath average weight.
Residence: Has a very small two-room shack that he lives in.
Family: Nope.

Zoe frowned and squeezed her lips tightly shut. She wasn't good at taking orders.....

Dalton looked at her and raised a brow. "Don't make me tickle you." he grumbled.

Zoe froze, he wouldn't .......she still refused to open her mouth although her stomach was growling up a storm....
